Do not bother using those points to purchase vouchers from DSTV it’s a lie they are misleading you, I bought a voucher two times first time it didn’t not work, I tried using it online and at kfc store, and now I bought Woolworths vouchers never received I sent a message I was told it’s been escalated it’s been over a week now I provided all the information nothing, no feedback when I followed up I was told they are sorry, refusing to give back the points, such ****s

What a terrible service, placed an order on the 29 November till today I have not received, I have been calling them telling them that RAM is the one at fault they keep on sending me SMS to tell me that they will charge me if I miss delivery, delivery that I have been waiting for I called FNB all I get is we will send email and see what happens, I called RAM all I get we will try to deliver, the courier guys did not call me and then my order will change to attempt delivery unsuccessful" FNB connect is not willing to assist with this. Highly disappointed what a terrible experience with FNB and RAM
What a terrible experience, drivers lying about contacting, whenever I track my order it's says "unsuccessful attempt delivery" I contact the branch, the WhatsApp I was promised that my parcel will be delivered today i waited and gave up no one bother to update me, such terrible experience, customer service, I'm highly disappointed, didn't go to work today because of this parcel I had to cancel the order because now I will reliable for delivery if "I miss the delivery" nobody cares
The abuse I am getting from FNB lately has made me search for another bank and move my home loa, at this point I would rather pay for those transfer fees as long I'm going to where I will be appreciated and not abused, I am tired of calling every month to clear negative balances caused by them and they try to turn it as it's my fault, having to explain the same thing every month and being helped by a rude consultant, I am tired serious and their virtual account that always has a problem when it comes to clear up pending transactions. FNB has become the worst bank ever
the telkom is robbing people, i had pay more than i was supposed to and that was not an agreement , lot of people have been complaining about this but telkom has done nothing the only explanation you receive is that you use more than you were supposed which is nonsense when the data is finish i even pull the plug off this the second time now that i have to pay extra 500 instead of 378 you are crooks, stealing from people will never use them again ever
