My parcel, which is supposed to be delivered to Pretoria, has been sitting at your Pretoria facility since 28 November 2025 with absolutely no movement. I have contacted your call centre on several occasions, yet no one can provide a clear update or confirm when the parcel will finally be delivered. This level of uncer*****y is extremely frustrating, and I kindly request urgent clarity and intervention to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
On 22 April 2025, at approximately 10:10 A.M., I visited the General M. Siyothula Bus Station to top up my travel points, as my balance was running low. After entering the station, a cashier assisted me in recharging my account with R500.00. Upon exiting the station, I accidentally walked into a broken roller door that was hanging low at the exit. As a result, I sustained an injury to my face, near my right eye. The impact caused a cut that led to bleeding, and the area around the injury became swollen. I asked the station staff if they had an emergency kit to treat the wound, but unfortunately, the kit was not properly stocked and lacked the necessary items to manage the injury. I believe that this incident occurred due to negligence on the part of Areyeng management, who have a responsibility to ensure passenger safety. This duty includes maintaining all areas of the station—such as platforms, walkways, and exits—in a safe condition. The broken roller door posed a clear hazard, and no warning signs or precautionary measures were in place to alert customers. I therefore respectfully submit that this matter be addressed, and that appropriate steps be taken to remedy the situation.
According to the tracking information, my parcel was scheduled for arrival on November 27, 2024. However, as of today, November 29, 2024, I have still not received it. The terrible thing is that this shipment contains items that my six-year-old requires for his graduation tomorrow (30 November 2024). I'm quite dissatisfied with this courier company because I thought it was one of the most renowned in South Africa.
My online order (#MAK7271441) was returned. However, I was only refunded R299, despite the fact that I returned two items, each of which cost R299-00 .I am left none the wiser as to why I was only refunded for one item when I returned two? Nobody from their side is giving me a proper explanation.
I signed a three-year contract with this company, which has already ended. I chose to cancel the contract and requested that the tracking device be removed from my vehicle because I had found another service provider. They are now telling me that I must pay them ZAR 800 in order for them to remove their device from my vehicle. It's daylight *******. I would not recommend this service provider to any one.
I just applied for a contract with Telkom. They approved my application. However, they only delivered a Sim without the device. When I call their sales department, they always tell me that their system is offline and that someone from their back office will call me back. No one has since called from their side
