Stefan and his team know their work like none that I have experienced in the solar industry and the work fast, clean and gives me as a client reassurance that I have made the right choice in my decision to use MP Solar for my Solar upgrade. Please be very careful when using I solar Solutions. In 2022 they installed a 3kva inverter and what was supposed to have been a 3kva battery. The workmanship of their team was extremely poor and untidy with even the battery hanging visibly not level. On complaining about it they send an electrician than quickly tried to sort out the wire crows nest that the installation team left in my DB board. They never fixed the skew installation of the battery. Our power kept tripping outside at our meter to the main supply to the house since then. We upgraded our system now to a full solar system with a 8kva inverter and 2 x 5kva batteries and panels. The installation team with their electrician pointed out to me that the DB box was breached, not earthed and a smaller cable size was used than the cable coming into the property. This has now resulted in us having to get a qualified electrician to fix I Solar's terrible and very dangerous situation that they created when they did the initial installation. After our initial complaint after I Solar's initial installation and the resulted faults we experienced, not ONCE did the owner or a senior person of the company contact us again or come out to see the problem. I will not recommend them for any solar installation as it has come to light that they are making use of contracted workforce to do their installations. I would be very

I have not received the policy documents as requested and a couple of hours later I sent an email to cancel the policy and I have not heard back from you or received an email back
The most terrible service ever. This delivery has been outstanding for almost 2 weeks now. They are blatantly lying on their tracking report. We have phoned numerous times and every time we have phoned you hold on for between 10 to 20 minutes. Then you are either cut off while holding or the automated prompt says the message box is full. We keep sending emails and when we do get through, we explain the directions to the delivery address and have even sent an email with a map and the GPS coordinates and still they do not get the delivery done. And when we get through, we ask the service person to get the courier to contact or WhatsApp me so I can phone them with directions or send a pin drop to them
I was under debt review by default as I was only trying to consolidate my debt. Not the banks fault. I realized it in March 2019 when I wanted to get a home loan. I did whatever I could to clear my name of debt review. Lots of money and legal fees later I got the letter stating that I was cleared from debt review and submitted it to FNB at FRBdebtreviewcentre@firstrand.co.za. This mail was sent on 22/03/2019. Then I got a mail back from Thato Zikalala asking me for my ID nr name and surname which I supplied. Then a mail from Thato on 17/04/2019 stating that she acknowledges receipt of my mail from 29/03/2019. Since then I have been back and forth to branches and trying to phone FNB and even log complaints online. Even on the call back function where no one ever sends a mail or phone back. I might add that after numerous efforts to phone FNB at various department I gave up and resorted to the call back option because they just don't pick up phones or stay on line in excess of 8min or till the line is cut. But by credit status is still showing high risk. Even though I have a clear record on my accounts with FNB and my debt review status is clear with the national credit regulator and ITC companies. For MANY MANY years without as much as even unpaid debit orders. Clear record. Not even the staff in branch can assist me when they phone or send mails to the credit department in all the times that I have been in the branches to inquire about my status and how to rectify the situation. All I want to do is clear my credit record with FNB and apply either for a 30 day overdraft or a personal loan that would be settled in 45 days. Why is it that Nedbank was able to give me a bond now on a property (at a brilliant interest rate I might add) but my own bank with whom I have many accounts, including business account and with whom I have been for many many years can not even help sort out their internal issues or give me any answer or clear cut indication of the situation. I am left with 2 options. Either close ALL my accounts with FNB or report FNB to the Banking Ombudsman, or both. I was told that this issue would be resolved in 24 hours. Lets see what happens. if you can, please help.
