Marsh insurance has the worst service, our car was involved in the accident with their car. We have been trying to follow up but their phones are forever ringing no answer. I emailed Keagile Makati she doesn't respond either. We are frustrated the car has been standing for 2months now and is causing so much inconvenience on our daily lives...al we want is a feedback and to be updated.
The services of this company should be cancelled 😞😞😞 the management should be very ashamed of how they operate their business...Ive never experienced such mistreatment and poor service in my life...they are always late, their buses are old and don't even have an Aircon or Windows to open....they don't care about people, they have no respect for their customers....and this is my second time complaining about their service.
What a terrible experience with this company...poor service bus arrived late they tell us of a technical problem at last moment we had to wait in the middle of nowhere in the streets of Mispel Cape Town....I don't know why they are in the business because clearly they lack customer service.... Am annoyed 😡😡😡😡😡😡
At rimes we are so quickly to complain when we receive a bad experience or poor service but today am writing this email full of praises and compliments, I had a friend who stays in Joburg and when she asked to visit me I wanted to make her experience unforgettable and enjoyable in East London, I struggled so many days trying to find a perfect spot where we can go relax and have a nice catch up> Crawfords Lodge caught my eye and still I was not sure because many places are selling pictures and when you get there its the total opposite of what you saw. Our day was day eventually came (06/11/2021) first we were late and had to postspone our spa treatment and when we finally arrived I remember we were welcomed by two lovely ladies ( Fikile and Thanda) they were so warm like we are not even late, they did an outstanding job with our treatment, we were laughing through out the session. we later went to have our dinner - the staff also there were so humble, very helpful, the food too was mouth watering- I don't even want to close my mouth about the views of the place, very clean and refreshing environment...WOW...Guys keep up the good work thank you so much for making me a cool friend to my friend. We are definitely coming back for a full holiday.
I would like to thank my previous insurer for mistreating me because of them i went to join Miway insurance and the service I keep getting from their staff is superb, their call centre is quick to answer and the consultants are professional in dealing with any query. Thank you my family...
I am so hurt and furious at the Debonairs in Mdantsane City Mall, I ordered via telephone for a pick up.. i went to them to collect my order and I used my card to pay, the cashier told me that she forgot to replace a receipt paper on the card machine and called her manager to assist her... I was told that they cant confirm my transaction because their card machine shows a different date and i need to bring bank statement to prove that that transaction went through...I told them that it did because my balance in not the same as it was before but they still send me away for bank statement..While i was on a queue at the bank they called me telling me that they made a mistake and to think that I already draw the statement which the bank is going to charge me for it...I went back to them with the statement the Manager didnt show any kind of remorse or empathy for making me walk up and down on my lunch hour...Please I strongly advise that you train your staff on customer service because the treatment I got is very uncalled for.
