What a horrible service you have, your stuff overall experience one of the disgusting and very distasteful treatment, i have never had a consultant tell me they wont have a back and forth regarding my cellphone claim that i have claimed from OK Rosebank 3 months ago, to this day nothing has been sorted and when communication is done on my end to this 3rd party OK financial insurers i am made to feel useless, the lady i spoke to is one of the rudest, disgusting human beings, pity i forgot her name, my insurance claim has been approved but as to why i havent received my phone beats me
Can i just take a moment to express what a great service we received at Pavarotti's mall of the south from the waiter that served us, what a beautiful service they rendered to us. it was the 4 of us and we were there on the 21 February 2026

My mother bought a bed and washing machine at Bears Alberton and it is on a cash back promotion they have running currently, 1stly when the bed was delivered, it was supposedly to spray with a certain spray for the mattress that was never done, it actually took them 2 days to come back and do that, then we were then told for the cash back that is due to my mother, they will tell us when we will get it, and they didn't, i had to call them to enquire about it... i was then advised to come collect it on the 06.05.2025 then they tell me that its actually going to be a voucher as my mother is a pensioner and that they have sent it via sms which is a lie...we haven't received that. I called Bears Alberton and spoke to their manager Portia who was little to being useless and arrogant when i enquire... she told me to contact the head office if i do have a problem as its not on them... they basically **** to reach their targets and get a sale... their service is absolutely disgusting.
I ordered my stuff at Temu and used my work location as a delivery address, now why I am extremely disgusted by Buffalo logistics service, is, that they don't have proper communication, nor can one reach their drivers, Monday my parcel was out for delivery and they attempted to deliver @ 7h30 pm which they didn't get anyone as the company is closed by then, I called their call center to follow up but still I wasn't assisted at all, in fact all 3 of the ladies that assisted me where not of use. I called again today and I am advised that there's nothing they can do, but the driver will attempt 3 times to deliver and if they still cant find me, I will receive a message to advising me to make an additional payment before they can deliver.
I have never experienced such bad service from this place, it was posted dat de is an event dedicated to woman's day, a buffet to be exact for an amount of R150 to start at 10h00am however wen we got Der, they let us pay without informing us to the fact that nothing was set up, we sat Der from 10h30 to 12h26 until we decided to take our money nd leave
