SLA clearly states support from 10:00 to 14:00 on Sunday. Critical VPS restore failed in their panel. Panel won't start or restart VPS, only that an ERROR occurred and we should contact support. Main reason for using domains is because of reputation to be professional and respond within SLA. Now 13:45 after the call was logged around 8:30 am. Not even a response. Phone says, SORRY OUR OFFICES ARE CLOSED, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. Loosing business because of this hosting company.
I have cancelled from Teneo. Moved my kids back to normal school. My experience with Teneo has been really dismal. The stuff that everyone is complaining about, is exactly my issue(s). When things go wrong... and they will, these guys are nowhere! There is really no support, no decent administration and frankly nobody to help you. I have unsubscribed 6 times from the marketing stuff... still receiving them. Cancelled my service a 6 weeks ago. Still getting the wrong details and stuff for kids that is not in Teneo anymore. If this is ONLY about money, then these guys will be ok. (reason for 2 stars) It took them 6 weeks to get my children's subjects correct, phone calls, zoom, emails.. did not make a difference. Good luck dealing with them! Their support is 100% inline with South African government type service. Once you have opted in, they do not give a damn. (Mind you, their billing works just fine...)
How a company can still be in business with such a bad product and even worse service in any country is beyond me. It does not make sense... One week of missing pings every 3 attempts.. with a support call, a reference, not a single response! WORST DECISION I EVER MADE ON A SERVICE PROVIDER EVER! HANDS DOWN.
NEVER NEVER AGAIN!!! Even if I have to pay double at another company! I should have just looked at the other reviews here, this should have told me that I need to NOT use these AVIS. Returned the car full of fuel. Charged for 33l. They are investigating... Client support is awesome, I requested an explanation of an additional charge (extra driver R400+). This was sold to me by the salesman on pickup. Thing is, they will not tell you about the cost. But it is in the fine print. Also if you ask them about this, they will send you the signed contract, you know that one that you had to sign in the queue while the other people were waiting for you to finish. Yes, you need to read the full contract each line so that you know what they are not telling you. As per the support desk, do not trust the salesman, read your contract... great support for your own staff and company etics!
Very bad experience. Some 6 weeks or so after the actual project was stopped by me, because of quality issues. (I asked the owners to leave my premises) List of issues long and very frustrating. Not the first project they did for me, but I must say that the quality on last build, has been very poor/sub standard. Will not recommend then at all.
Pathetic, pathetic and even more pathetic. No response, they don't care. Very high premiums compared to other guys. Single worst bank and insurance company in the universe! (You know, for when we find that other civilization, these guys WILL BE WORSE). I am so angry at myself for taking all this for so long... canceling EVERYTHING ASAP!!!!
I would normally not go out of my way to place an extremely negative review… I feel that things can go wrong and will. The above being said I believe the single most important response to things going wrong is acknowledging them and correcting them or working towards a solution. Penny Maxwell (The owner of Tuscan Projects in Pretoria Moot) has the single worst attitude I have come across in all my business dealings with a building contractor, ever. They were affordable. Point. The rest is in serious demand. Johan and Penny (an older couple) does what most “bakkie bouers” do, but the difference is that they take absolutely no ownership of ANYTHING that goes wrong. You will be told that the plumber did this, or the tilers did that, but no ownership. Also, they will dump the staff there in the morning and if you are very lucky you will see them again that day. This was the MO after they had more than one site. My list of issues is both long and completely unacceptable rookie mistakes, which I will not share. The moment that I started pointing out issues, Johan (owner’s husband) became furious. No problem right, one just escalates the issues to the owner. No, Penny was even worse and screamed at me in front of everyone, explaining to me that a 65-year-old man (her husband with the bad attitude) has to be accepted for what he was! I just could not believe that a supplier could talk to a customer like that. The saga is ongoing and Penny has become extremely personal and threatening. In summary, if you cannot afford a real building company, then rather take two weeks of leave and go get the actual workers (plumbers, electricians, handymen etc), and borrow a buddy’s bakkie and manage it yourself…. We are proceeding with legal steps to get this person to pay for the outstanding fees over 8 months of stealing his clients money. Please do not use this company/person if you value your business.
