I visited Opel service department to confirm the status of my vehicle's service plan, as I was unsure when it was due to expire. I spoke to a lady at the service desk who then checked with one of her colleagues. After confirming, they assured me that my vehicle was still covered for one final service, and I was advised to bring the vehicle in on Wednesday, which I did. Today I was contacted around 1:00 PM and informed that I had been given incorrect information — that the service plan had in fact expired and I would now have to pay for the service myself. This is unacceptable. I planned my schedule around your team's assurance. Not only was I misled by your staff, but I was also left without my vehicle the entire day, relying on Uber at my own cost, all based on your team's error. I am now expected to pay for a service that your team had confirmed would be covered, which I find extremely unfair and unprofessional. This situation shows a serious lack of communication, internal accountability, and customer care. Your staff provided false information, and now your company refuses to take responsibility for it. This experience has left me feeling disrespected and disappointed in the Opel brand and William Hunt Fourways in particular. Even after I spoke to the service manager, he did not do anything about it.
I submitted my claim last year November.... My claim was approved and i was given the access amount to pay. I payed the required amount, now they telling me the supplier dont have your device, so now i dont have a phone but end of the month i will be debited.... admin is the worst of them all, i mean why tell me to pay if you know the supplier dont have my device....
Exness is a scam, this broker just traded against me, i sold USDZAR but when the price went down i got negative but when it went up i got into a profit but i new that the price will go down so they did that on purpose. and then after that i was kicked out of my trades but my stop loss was upper than my entries
Telkom is ****.....i am cancelling my contract and they dont want help me instead they telling me to go online and but i was chatting to two of the agents which have the worst services ever, its a shame that many people in south Africa are looking for jobs and you get people that dont want to work yet they have jobs.... first i was chating to to Mpho Kgotlolelo Moagi , immediately when i told her i want to cancel she disconnected me, I reconnected and i was chating to Nompumelelo Nom Msomi again she disconnected me because they dont want me to cancel MY CONTRACT all they want is to keep on debiting your account.nxi i really hate this company, why is it a hustle to cancel.
I did a payment on the 9th of April 2021 , but funds have not reflected. I understood maybe sometimes the system can be slow... but ive sent them countless proof of payments, I printed all my transactions from the 9th of April to date but still, they dont want to fund my account.
This narrative, that SACPCMP dont do the job Julia Seleka has proven it to be fake, julia Seleka is so helpful, she always responds to emails. You send an email and she quickly populate it to her peers Thank you very much SACPCMP for hiring people like her.
Again , i did a immediate payment to my supabets account, till now nothing has been credited to my account. And this is not the first time this is happening. The reason why i did a immediate payment was useless now because all the games i wanted to play have all started. and no one cares because ive been sending emails with proof of payment attached but they just read my emails do nothing

FNB is really a pain in the ass with this telephonic way of assisting customers, you hold for minutes and still don't get help..I'm so ****ed , this is not working for the customers. I've been trying to get hold of recoveries/collection department but till to date , it's hard to speak to someone from there
IT has been 3 weeks my query is still unresolved. I did payment reversal as per FNB's procedure, till today when i call them, they tell me, "The department you want only takes emails, they don not take calls. I mean it really shows how poor their service is. I think its time FNB change their slogan "WE CANNOT HELP YOU"
