I am experiencing ongoing difficulties with officials from eThekwini regarding my property and tuckshop in Phoenix, Durban. In August 2024 I began building an extension at my home and was later instructed by a building inspector to stop due to unapproved plans. I cooperated and only completed the side walls for safety. I was also instructed to remove the awning at my tuckshop, which I did immediately. Recently I was told that I must apply for a tuckshop license within 30 days. However, I was also informed that my shop space may not qualify due to its size and that parking on the pavement is not allowed, making compliance difficult. What concerns me is that many other tuckshops in my area appear larger and have awnings but do not face the same enforcement. I am trying to comply with the regulations but the information I receive has been inconsistent and communication has been poor. I would appreciate clear guidance and fair treatment so that I can resolve this matter properly.
My husband bought a car via the online auction. He was told to fetch the car yesterday, he took an uber from Phoenix to Springfield only for them to tell him the car is not ready to be released. He understood and took an uber back home, he was today to come back today to fetch the car, he took an uber again today, he sat there the entire day, apparently they was waiting for the release note, now at15;15 they tell him the system is offline he must come back tomorrow. They service from this branch is pathetic and I won't advice anyone to purchase a vehicle from the Springfield branch.
Most pathetic service ever from the loans department. Will definitely be changing from this ****py bank who can't even employ professionals. I'm too upset to even go into detail of what they did.
Sanlam is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. as for the staff they are trained to lie. When they want us to take out policies they the friendliest, but when it's time to claim then it's a whole different story. My partner passed away on the 22 of January 2023 I still haven't received payout. Everyday is a different story. I would never ever recommend Sanlam to anyone and I will definitely be cancelling all other policies that i have with them.
Worst company I've ever dealt with. They are just plain down sneaky and evil. I bought a car via a dealership. I am not even a member of tracker, but apparently the car has tracker from the previous owner. The tracker is killing the battery in my car and no fitment center wants to help me remove it. I have been to two fitment centers the say they cannot remove it until tracker gives the go ahead. I am the owner of the car it's even registered on my name I still can't digest the fact that the previous owners decision has such an impact on something that doesn't belong to them anymore. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone and I will keep telling people about my experience with this pathetic company.
This is the worst and most evil company I've ever dealt with. No customer service at all. I purchased a car from the auction apparently the car has tracker on the previous owners name. Now I want to have the tracker removed and they say they cannot cause the previous owner needs to give me a cancelation letter. Firstly I'm telling them I do not have contact of the previous owner. I have proof that the car is mine, it's also registered on my name but they refusing to remove they device. I'm currently taking an uber to work cause the tracker keeps draining my battery as the unit is older than 3 years. I went to two fitment centers and both refused to help me but if we remove it privately then very fast they will get the law involved like what the damn hell.
I woul never recommend this insurance company to anyone. I don't have electricity for the past 2 days it's literally impossible to get a hold of anyone from the claims department. The consultants are working from home with kids screaming in the background how professional is that? They fast to debit us but to sort our claim out they acting like they doing us a favor. Most pathetic company I've ever had to deal with. Will definitely be changing my household insurance to a more reputable company.
Good day, I would like to let everyone know about the horrible experience I had with Umgeni Autohaus. I purchased a Hyundai i10 from them in October 2016. we test drove the car but the car had no petrol the tank was absolutely empty so we drove around the block robot to robot not going over the speed of 60. I paid R75 000 for the car. On my way home the car broke, it was a Auto so when the car was reaching a speed of 100 it was jumping from gear 5 to gear 3 and staying on gear 3 until I switch the car of and on again. I called a man by they Name of Faizle the same day he said he was aware of the problem and he was going to fix it. So that Monday he fetched the car from my work to 'fix" it stating he would return it that afternoon. The car was only returned that Wednesday, he gave me the car with the logbook on my name without me even signing any form. He delivered the car around 7pm not allowing me to test drive it claiming he was in a hurry to go to the airport. Once he left I test drove the car and the car was doing the exact same thing so I called him he said he was coming to fetch the car from me but he never came. So Thursday morning I went to the shop to return the car. He told me not a problem he will give me my money back and that I must keep the logbook as proof that he was going to pay me. It is now 2019 I still did not get my money back he had the car and my money. I even got a Lawyer but had no joy reason being it was taking us so long to get a court date ( Lawyer was also very useless). Eventually I got a call from a guy by the name of Kriben 'Manager" stating that Faizle is fired and they want to give me my car back. So I thought I rather take the car back and get some money back than letting them have the car and money. The agreement was that Kriben gets the car fixed and pays up the backwards licence (reason for it being back I was told by my lawyer not to buy license for the car) so I agreed to taking the car back. When I went the car was in a bad state it had full scratches and it was smashed on the side like it got sc****d on the wall. Anyway I took the car back it was not fixed the gear box was still doing the same thing. Even the license that they promised to pay is not paid up its and ongoing today tomorrow story. So I would like everyone to know what thieves they are. They are such shady people that up until today I never met nor heard of the owner who goes by the name of Jason.
