So glad the operator mentions that all calls are recorded so that Mancosa can actually address the issue of their unprofessional and rude staff. I have contacted the institution this morning at 08:07 with a query regarding my registration for my second year of study. I advised that my student advisor Thobeka Nguni sent me a letter of acceptance last week and I require a proof of registration and tax invoice instead. The consultant then abruptly told me that they do not send year students acceptance letters, I was baffled and explained that my student advisor sent me one last week. The letter is labeled "acceptance letter" under a Mancosa letter head and talks about how I am accepted in to my second year of study. The consultant then raised her voice and repeatedly spoke over me repeatedly and shouted "you don't get an acceptance letter in you second year of studying ". I asked if it was a *****ulent letter then and she continued saying "you don get an acceptance letter in you second year of studying" and transferred me through to accounts without even letting me know that I am being transferred. Once I got through to the accounts I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Adhil, I was hoping this would be a better experience but the first thing he said was "can I have your student number our system is offline we will call you back". I then told him I require tax invoice sent to my email and not a call back. Adhil responded by saying he will send it through to me and when I asked if I can expect it before the end of day he said "hopefully:, I asked if the system will be back online today and he said "hopefully" I then asked if the registrations department is online and he just again abruptly transferred me. The call was not concluded nothing, I was simply through to switchboard again. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed by this horrific service. I refuse to continue my studies with this institution if this what MANCOSA represents. My entire experience has been met with aggression and abuse when all I needed was assistance. If these are values of the staff of MANCOSA they do not deserve to be a part of my legacy!
My first impression of this complex was that it is a great environment to raise a family, it seems peaceful and safe. However this was not my experience with the place, starting with the BODY CORPORATE & CARETAKER KRISH! I had an unpleasant experience with the tenants that live above me, they had guests over on Saturday morning and my daughter was playing on our veranda and one of their guest dropped a glass bottle of alcohol that just missed her face almost injuring her, the guest then demanded to enter my house and collect their alcohol and when I refused entry to them I was met with racial slurs and threats, they even went as far as reaching in my window. I address this is incident with the security and CARETAKER KRISH, I even provided them with video footage and nothing was done. A home should be our safe heaven and since then I have never felt more unsafe especially when I learnt that KRISH and the tenant said we were "over reacting", this was only just the first incident! After this the tenants would constantly drop their bottles in my yard, dispose of their cigarettes, vapes you name it and every time we complain to KRISH we would send him pictures and again nothing happens we just have accept their behavior. Every single weekend starting on Friday all the way to Monday morning at 08:00 we have to contend with the tenants above us who have parties, loud music and scream at each other and park their cars and start hooting at each other, despite the rules of the complex stating clearly that no noise will be tolerated, no hooting your cars and no music after 23:00. We have to call the security countless times to shut the noise down and the security only succeeds after the 5th attempt and 10th call! We have approached the "CARETAKER KRISH" to find out if he is aware of this and he responded by calling the tenant and the tenants in front of me and response was that we are making this up, KRISH is well aware of this he even accompanied us one Monday morning after we called all night SUNDAY and heard the music still playing loudly at the apartment and this was at 09:00 on a Monday morning. This has gotten so bad that our daughter cant even sleep in her own room, in fact nobody can, we are living in a 2 bedrooms apartment and we can only make use of 1 room because of this. I believe the KRISH and the SECURITY at BISHOP SQAURE Complex are being bribed to let incidents go so that they do not get to the body corporate. I have requested an incident log so that I may escalate this to the HOUSING TRIBUNAL along with all the pictures, messages and videos so that something gets done about this. So my advice to you, if do want to live at Bishops Square looks can be deceiving if you are looking for peace and safety look elsewhere!!! KRISH takes bribes to keep quiet and is not interested and addressing any concerns tenants have, he believes being a caretaker only means that you have make the sure the grass is cut and the walls are painted, he admitted that is all he has to do and all he has been doing for 8 years, anything else is beyond him. OH AND HE CAN BE BOUGHT FOR A PRICE TO KEEP COMPLAINTS FROM THE BODY COPRPRATE EVEN AT THE EXPENSE OF A 9 YERA OLD CHILD GETTING HURT!!

I purchased hair online from the san on the 24 February 2024. They had a sale.As per the terms and conditions on their website orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Products ship within 2-5 business days. During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 14 business days. After the 14 business I then proceeded to send them an email to follow up on my order as I only received a confirmation of purchase email and it was radio silence since then. The advised that they are still waiting for stock and that I will receive feedback by the end of the week, Friday came and went and I heard nothing from them. I then reached out to them to follow up on the progress of my order again. The San then promised that they will have feedback by the next Tuesday and offered me a free service voucher, I waited till that Tuesday and heard nothing from them again and the beauty of it all is that I also never received this so called free service voucher! I then demanded a refund and they asked me for my banking details, I provided them with this and asked them when I could expect my refund and till this day they have just ignored all communication from me! I have not received my hair, I have not received the free service voucher and I have not received my refund. I will be taking this matter further and update my review. Please do not buy anything from these people they are all a bunch of ******* starting with the owner! Do not trust the san hair with your money, they advertise stuff and services that they do not provide under the pretence of being a legitimate and well established business when in truth they are just ****ming people!!!!
I ordered a cellphone online to the value of R16.500 on the 29 October 2022 and was advised that I will receive it within 21 days. Every week since then I have been calling and asking why my tracking info has not updated and every agent I spoke to advised that they are still within the SLA and I will receive my phone on day 21. On day 21 the 28 November I had contacted to find them to find out when my phone will be delivered and I was told that they do not have stock their supplier is out of stock. I had questioned why I was not informed prior to the final day and why the advertise goods and accept peoples money when they do not even have the goods available. The manager BANELE promised to contact me regarding my order and the availability of stock before COB on Monday 28 November and she did not do that. I then tried calling her today 29 November 2022 and the agent refused to let me speak to her as I do not have her direct line and they are working from so home so they can't transfer calls. Both Supervisors Sifiso and Banele are useless like the rest of the Makro staff.
@rainSouthAfrica are a bunch of thieves. I requested to cancel my subscription effective immediately on the 13 August 2022 at 15:26 and the consultant told me that is not possible as they still need to deduct their last debit order on the 25 August and as agreed the account was debited and the service was cut. This morning I wake to another debit order and when I requested to speak to a supervisor so that I can access the call recording the agent Melisu refused to assist me and told me that the supervisor Senzo only comes in to work at 10. So now money is gone and I have to wait until 10 for someone to attend to my query. Disgusting Service delivery and a bunch of thieves. I visited the @HelloPeter page this morning and there were so many complaints of the exact same nature. Do not make use of this service, this is clearly a norm. They are the most unethical telecommunications company!
Fraudulent company payout was supposed to be paid in 24 hours after i submitted my claim, all the suppourting documents were submitted on time. I paid every premium on time but they are refusing to comply to there terms i signed up for, they dont want to pay on time. Dont trust these people they are a bunch of scammers.
Terrible experience from both the customer care agent and store. I placed an order at Macdonalds wonderpark, I received a call that evening informing me that the delivery cannot be made as they do not operate at those hours. Since I received that call I have been receiving calls from this macdondals every other day some days I would answer and other days I just left it to ring. On the days that I have answered I would just hear background noise or somebody would speak to me in a language that I don't understand and hang up. I got tired and reported this matter to an agent by the name of lelo at the Macdonalds customer care she then got someone from wonderpark Macdonalds to call me back after I sent them receipts of my call log the manager Sarah informed me that they don't have any history of these calls that were made to me. I felt like my complaint was not addressed and called Lelo at the Macdonalds customer care back she was very rude, told me I can't speak to anybody else but her because she is the only one working at the customer care. She told me I can wait another day to see if I'll be harrassed again and there is nothing else she can do. I am extremely disheartened by this treatment and service I have received, I had no idea this is how Macdonalds treats their customers.
