I had an issue with a debicheck that went off my account that the bank couldn't reverse, I asked the consultant at the Eldorado Park branch to ensure that ALL debits that are active on my account are authorized and to cancel ALL debicheck payments are cancelled and I was assured that it is done. I parted with the money that was taken off my account coz the people who debited didn't want to refund my money. Today I find another debicheck payment of R1000 was taken by another company and I am really disgusted in the fact that Capitec assured me that it wouldn't happen unless I authorize or sign up for new debits. I am not writing the R1000 off. Capitec must find a way to reverse or reimburse me.
I signed up with this company to clear my credit, and after being messed around for a few weeks I cancelled with them as I could detect they **** people as opposed to assisting them. They debited my account yesterday long after my cancellation and now refuse to refund me. This is a warning to refrain from using Vuka Credit Fix. They are a bunch of *******. White collar ********s.
I had an unauthorized debi check went off my account and called the bank and was told I need to visit a branch, which I did. They referred me to the company that debited my account. I had no joy there and called Capitec again, and all they keep telling me directly is that they CAN'T HELP ME, and referred me back to the people trying to ***** my money. I had a similar incident where FNB sorted it out whilst I was on the call. Why CAN'T CAPITEC!!!!
I app**** for a loan that was approved, however I was required to pay for credit life insurance upfront. I did that and now I received another request to pay upfront payment for another fee. When I enquired, Andrea from the company ghosted me. Am I ****med?? DAMN *******
I bought a pair of sneakers in January and wanted to wear them this past Sunday and discovered they are defective and I discarded of my slip long time ago. I went to the store and was greeted and assisted with a smile by Nthabiseng. She is absolutely fantastic and the way it was handled was surprising, coz most stores would give you hassles. Nthabi, thank you for the fantastic service and that impression you made today will forever stock.
We bought a family variety meal and a double chicken burger and found the food to be very dry and tasteless. I had to add Nandos sauce and mayonnaise on the dry ******* they sold us. Take away food is expensive lately and you don’t expect your food to be messed up like that. Jeez it’s frustrating coz Mall of the South is far from me and I didn’t want to drive back to return the ******* sold to me. That chicken looked like the chicken the vendors sell on the streets. PATHETIC
I had a business account and pos systems with Capitec and closed up. I now opened up a new business after a about a year or 2 and Capitec still has my old bank account and company name on my profile. I called and exhausted my airtime a few times to get it changed since yesterday, and no freaking joy. All I want is to transact and have my details rectified. Are they really willing to assist or at least call a person back??? Where is the support and service?? Jeez hope this will get attention as soon as possible
I signed up for internet with Dstv and have handed all Rica requirements to the courier. I have been trying since yesterday to get my device working and I just can’t get through on their number(0823056611). I keep resorting to the online app chat and I am just not getting joy there either as I am still not able to use the device. Could Dstv please cancel and collect the device as I am gatvol with their lack of problem solving. I don’t see how one can run an organisation that’s never available to clients and cannot assist a client, yet very eager to bill them.
In the beginning of last month I went on to the DSTv chat on the app, and requested that my payment date be changed to the 7th of each month. This morning I wake up to disconnected dstv account. These people give such poor service and we are tired of it. Could you please check my account and switch on as I have done my part in changing the date and I was assured that it was done
Regretfully we went to the Cresta branch for lunch. We ordered pizzas, a chicken meal and prawns. The chicken was burnt bitter and I ate it as I was hungry. This was my second visit to the same branch and on both occasions I was served burnt ****. That put a bitter taste in my mouth to put me off the franchise as a whole. I could never set foot there as I feel that my first complaint fell on deaf ears. Your food is very underwhelming and I feel a fast food joint serves better food than Calistos Cresta
