Wow! Wow! Wow! My wife and I had such a pleasant experience with Kevin and Korf. Kevin's emails and phone calls was so supportive and heart warming. Our interactions with Korf and his team that came to pack up everything was so professional and caring. Kevin and Korf accommodated us is ways that can only be imagined. I highly recommend this company who has made our lives so much easier as we are on our way to New Zealand. Keep up the good work guys!
I booked my vehicle in today and asked that the service consultant, Jabu, call me before starting work. By 2pm still nobody called. I called and her response was that she was about to call me. They gave me a ridiculous quote and said they can only start work the next day. Could they not explain this when I called to make a booking? When I went to fetch my car, the service consultant, Jabu, had a bad attitude. I once serviced my vehicle there and was impressed with the price but now they lost a customer for life.
I had such a wonderful experience with this service centre today. I paid for my son’s car service yesterday but the money still did not reflect into their account when he went to fetch it today. He is traveling to Pretoria tomorrow and already booked a guesthouse in Colesburg. These wonderful people release his vehicle to him in good faith. Wow, I am so impressed. Thank you very much guys.
I just want to give kudos two Amanda Campher and Jurgens van der Merwe at Ford Fury Fourways for their excellent service and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I recently relocated to Pretoria but I will continue to service my vehicle with them. Thank you so much guys.
I have on many occasions contacted them for updates on the progress of my purchase but I only receive an automated response. Don't buy from them, you will regret it.
It is a month later and my wife’s fnb law on call policy still did not pay out. I am disgusted and I am thinking of moving to another bank
FNB law on call promised to payout the policy to my wife. Its been promised since beginning of January and still no action. Shocking service. Nonhlanla was the consultant that has done nothing. It was handed over to another consultant with yet again no action. Pathetic
So FNB responded to my claim. Nonhlanha Ndiweni contacted my wife to assist with the policy on 21-01-2021. Now everything has died down again. No communication, no progress. Come on!
I called the Law on Call and spoke to a consultant who promised that she will call my wife yesterday regarding her policy. No one called. They have been dragging their feet to process her claim. Patheric
Really pathetic and useless. I emailed the several times for help and they just ignores me.
