Horrible, rude staff at the Somerset West branch, that shouts at their customers when you don't want a cleaning service. 3 men ganged up on me a female, when I asked since when do they charge to clean the 20 litre water tank instead of explaining properly, they all started shouting at me. What seemed to be the manager came down stairs and said nothing at all to defuse the situation. I am utterly disgusted by the service I received. I didnt want to make this about colour, but we know how black people treat each other compared to the wonderful service they gave the white lady. I hope they all burn in hell.
Wonderful service, I got scammed on Sunday morning, I called the frauds department and received the most friendly service, my card was stopped and cancelled immediately and my case was taken. 5 days later, I have my money back into my account and I have a new card. hassle free. keep up the good work guys. I am sticking with you.
Scammers, may they all burn in hell. Spun the wheel and was told I should only pay R70 for shipment, they debited R1900 from my account. I called the number immediately and the woman WAS NOT South African, she told me they would reverse my money, I even received a confirmation e-mail, I instantly called my bank and stopped my card cos I read reviews that they tend to debit twice. now these ****ers send me emails confirming how my order is on its way, even after I received confirmation that they would return my money. I hope they all burn in hell.
I have thee worst luck with this Bank, I swear. I have a loan with them, I was told if I want to pay ahead, I can do so via the App and choose "adchoc " payment. I paid 2 months in advance, for the month of November and December, however the debit order still came through the month of November, meaning now is 3 months worth of payment made. I contact them to ask that they reverse the debit order, seeing that I have paid for the Month of November already. I am told choosing the adhoc payment gives them a right to still debit my account, this is NOT what I was told by one of their consultants, I laid a complaint and explained that I desperately needed that money back. They keep telling me its been escalated, its the second week now and the money is still not in my account. I need the money for my daughter and they dont even care. be in arrears for one month and they will take whatever money that is in your account, but when you need your money back they take forever to just put it back. I am disgusted by this bank.
Horrible bank. they finally give me a loan in October after years of me using them, then they tell me the first repayment will go off in November. I then receive a message in October that I have missed a payment, I call the head office to make an arrangement and explain the confusion, next thing I know there are transfers coming off my account, which I never gave authorisation for, they took the very last cent I had, my petrol money to get to work, money for my daughters milk, every last cent. Gonna pay off that loan and take my account elsewhere, been with this bank for over ten years and this is the bull **** I must deal with. theres a special place in hell for capitec bank
Debonairs app does not put orders through, I wasted my time and petrol to collect my order and debonairs somerset mall food court said they didn't receive an order
