Poor service and communication
The H2O Somerset West branch provides poor service. I am trying to get a qoute to service my under counter filtration system and repair of the bulk tank tap which is leaking. They were fast in sending a most confusing qoute that did not cover the repair of the bulk tank tap. I have contacted them twice on this matter and every time they say they will contact their HQ and get back to me immediately. Obviously their immediately differs from mine as I have not received any feedback or communication from them.

Do not buy from this company! They seem to be unable to repair the water machines that they sell. I took my machine to H2 Cedar Square on 17 February and I still have not received it back in working order. It is now May and we have been without filtered water since February. Their communication is also shocking. I am complaining because this is not the first time this has happened. Last year they kept the machine for 7 weeks before I phoned to find out what the story was and then they kept it for another 2 weeks. This kind of service is unacceptable.

Disgusting rude staff
Horrible, rude staff at the Somerset West branch, that shouts at their customers when you don't want a cleaning service. 3 men ganged up on me a female, when I asked since when do they charge to clean the 20 litre water tank instead of explaining properly, they all started shouting at me. What seemed to be the manager came down stairs and said nothing at all to defuse the situation. I am utterly disgusted by the service I received. I didnt want to make this about colour, but we know how black people treat each other compared to the wonderful service they gave the white lady. I hope they all burn in hell.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE*
I received excellent service from LOGAN DART yesterday ! in fact the service delivery from this branch of H2O is normally Extraordinary! I have been paying for water for over 2 years, I am a pensioner, we buy up to 50 litres per month, its quality drinking water and we don't mind paying ! WELL DONE ! a company that believes in the best quality service for their Customers, in every way, products & service !
