The worst company ever all their numbers don't work once you get through on the switch board you are transferred all over the company without any assistance and if you email you just get an automated email saying they will reach out after 48 hours which has never happened everyday its the same story I have been trying to do the same thing for the last 2 months now horrible service don't even go there
The bus just left cape Town we in paarl and apparently the bus is leaking water do you people not check your busses before leaving at this time of the year people don't need this am never using this bus again
They don't even clean the bus when loading new passengers on disgusting bus
I cant wait to settle my affairs with this bank and close my account Busy forcing a self service platform that is useless you are not fully equip for that. Worst website in the 21th Century
Unable to load airtime service not available can you believe this now am sitting with a voucher i cant use yet
Very disappointed with the service the drivers gave, bus stopped for 2 hours due to wipers not working why would the bus living cape town in the condition for a long distance trip and the drivers just stopped and did not even bother advising the passenger of the issue
