Bus was 5 hours late and the drivers were rude my spouse and kid waited for at least 6 hours and the drivers were rude to them.

I've been trying to contact mtn to cancel the contract I have with them and it's been over a week now they've been making me hold on the line for at least until I run out of airtime. This is a wrong.

How can they extend our loan term kanjalo nje
I took a loan with capitec bank, I've been paying without hassles for 6 month, out of the blue the loan term has been extended with 7 months because we are facing covid 19. This proves how much this bank cares for profit and not the people of SA.
