I completed all my documents to renew my drivers license in December 2021 and I have not heard from them to collect my new license, I have tried to call them and the person who "answers the phone" just cuts the call as soon as it starts ringing. I have sent the sms to 33214 as per the website and this comes back as failed on numerous tries. Do I just have to go there to find out what is going on?
My son cancelled his Mweb account over a year ago and out of the blue he was debited over R3000.00 at the end of February, he queried this and the person that assisted him could not explain why his account was debited as they had his cancellation letter and POP so they escalated his query to the Dispute department. They investigated and also couldn't understand why his account was debited and agreed to refund him. It is now 3 weeks down the line and still no refund, despite his numerous phone calls. They told him that it will now take another 7 - 14 days for the refund to be processed. If Mweb debit 100 clients in error every month and then take over a month to refund the money, imagine how much interest they earn every month on money that was never due to them in the 1st place. Unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Last year I knew what Black Friday items I wanted to buy from Checkers Braam Fischer and walked into the store at 07:00, went straight to the items I wanted, afterwards I went straight to the till and paid for my purchases and walked out of the store in 5 minutes, the staff were very friendly and my shopping experience was wonderful. After work I went to another Checkers store in Bryan Park and did my monthly shopping, there was still enough stock from the Black Friday sale items and I had a very pleasant shopping experience. I hope that I have the same experience again this year.
I keep getting harassed by phone calls from MBD Attorneys for a debt from Standard bank, I have asked them to send me details but they said they don't have any and I must get an affidavit to say I don't owe Standard Bank any money. I have told them on NUMEROUS occasions that I have not had anything to do with Standard bank for the past 20 years and this doesn't stop them from harassing me on a daily basis. The staff are RUDE.
I just had my sons review with Dr Swarts at Tara Hospital and she was amazing, she "heard" what we were saying and is going to do something positive about it. She is the best doctor we have seen so far in the may years my son has been a patient there and I am so grateful to this hospital as they have made a huge difference in my sons life. My son suffers with Epilepsy and the doctors have been fantastic in this treatments - thank you to everyone involved, I am so happy that I don't have to sit at JHB Gen anymore. I highly recommend this hospital for any neurological condition.
I have had a life policy with 1Life for the past 10 years and in May I received notification from my employer that I would not be earning a salary for 2 months and I sent it to 1Life asking for them to suspend my policy for 2 months. A lady called me to advise that they don't offer that service so I told her that if the company couldn't assist me they must cancel my policy and asked her to get her manager to call me to discuss the fact that they would rather lose a client of 10 years for a suspension of my premiums for 2 months. Nobody ever called me so I sent them an email instruction them to cancel my policy. No deduction went off my account at the end of May and I assumed that they had in fact cancelled my policy. A month later on the 15th of the month, they put through my debit order and I sent them an email asking why they had done that as I had cancelled my policy, once again they read my email but didn't contact me, I sent them another email asking for an urgent response and I still never received a reply. This morning I woke up to find that the have debited me again in the middle of the month when my premium always went off at the end of the month as that was when I got my salary but I have advised them 3 times that they must cancel my policy, to no avail. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM AS THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND CAN'T EVEN CANCEL A POLICY AFTER 3 DIRECT INSTRUCTIONS TO DO SO - USELESS!!!!!
I have had a Scratch and Dent and Tyre and Rim Policy with Budget for a number of years and decided to cancel the policy in March as it is totally unnecessary. I sent them and email on 31/03/2020 giving them 1 months notice. They eventually called me and I went through the procedure to cancel the policy on the phone. At the end of April I was debited with the premium which shouldn't have gone off my account as I had cancelled the policy and premiums are paid in advance. I went to my bank FNB and asked them to reverse the premium and showed them my cancellation email. They told me that because of Covid 19, they were not allowed to reverse premiums that were deducted and I had to do it on my phone via the Covid link. I did this and they told me that it would take 48 hours to reverse. Never happened, so I went to the branch again and we did it again and they told me that someone would call me - still hasn't happened, been back to the bank twice after that to no avail. I emailed Budget again to reverse the premium, they read my emails but don't reply. Back to the bank and they can't help me either. Tried the Compliance Dept at Budget - also no response. I am FURIOUS with BUDGET AND FNB as neither of them are prepared to assist me. If I never had money in my account FNB would have been quick to reverse the premium at a cost of R100.00 unpaid fee and a bad credit rating - is this fair.
Bought burgers that we really didn't like, was not what we ordered and all our burgers were replaced without any problems. Always get our burgers there on a Friday and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
I just had the most amazing experience from Mr Price, I ordered online, which was easy, fast and effortless, the payment method was even easier and delivery was the next day - what awesome customer service - I will always order my clothes and my families clothes from them in future.
My son is suicidal and I called Tara Hospital to make an appointment for him to see a Psychologist as he had been a patient with them from the age of 6-18. Once he left school he decided to go off his medication and try and cope in the real world. He is now 22 and needs help urgently so when I called Tara to make the appointment they said that I must get a referral letter as he has gone from Childrens Clinic to OPD, but the Childrens clinic doctors cant do the referral because they hadn't seen him for 3 years. I then asked them how a stranger could give him a referral letter and not their own facility but they assured me that this was their procedure and I must either go to a clinic or doctor to get the letter. I finally conceded and took him to our GP who gave us a referral letter. I called OPD again to make the appointment and they said that I can't use a GP referral only a Psychiatrist's referral letter and refuse to make an appointment without this referral letter - what is the difference - my child needs help urgently and they are turning him away. It is National Mental Health month and I can't get help for my son. I am very upset and extremely disappointed.
