The service offered by the consultant Patricia was invaluable. She did not just guide me through quality insurance but she was patient, understanding and she was more friendly than any of the consultants I have ever dealt with. It was not just a sale to her, she went above her usual duties to explain further about having quality insurance and to give personal examples/experiences from another insurer was amazing. I may not have accepted the quote she presented to me for car insurance but she has convinced me that on my next car I surely will call you guys again and sign up!

I would like to write a review about King Price Insurance. Franklin Jafta who has been an excellent agent to deal with going through the quite process of car insurance and going the extra mile to accommodate me. Unfortunately King price could not cover my 1 vehicle but the service received was excellent! Thank you.
I sent my car's old ECU for testing and ECU Computec contacted me the next day saying I needed to replace the ECU as it is damaged. About 2 weeks later I then purchased a 2nd hand ECU from them and they did the software transfer from my old ECU to the 2nd hand ECU however, the technicians working on the units swopped ECU covers when I had arranged for them to be collected. After the auto electrician fitted the "Old" ECU the car started but due to the cover swop it was in actual fact the 2nd hand ECU I had purchased. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Since the 5th of May they had opted to refund me the R500 labor charge and they still have not got back to me nor was the refund done! I am one unsatisfied customer and will never recommend this place to anyone!
Today 25/10/2021 I take the time to call Builders call center looking around for a sheet of 18mm ply wood with no luck in nearby branches to my residence. The call center agent then advised me that the Boksburg branch has stock with their cutting machine in worming condition. I then drive 34km from my house to go get the wood and have it cut etc. But at the till point the guy who assisted me wanted to double check if there truly is stock on hand only to find there is no stock! Not only now have I wasted my own petrol having to drive back home to leave without the wood I am told I must now collect the wood on Thursday. This is pathetic service, the call center has invlconvenienced me majorly and where is the compensation for my petrol to go back and fetch my wood on Thursday???? I have supported Builders for many months when I started my sideline business lasy year but to get this kind of service I am very disappointed!!! I await your response by no later than tomorrow morning and of which i filed a complaint in the boksburg branch aiming it at the call center. If I am not contacted by any Builders representative to compensate me in any way I want my money back and my petrol paid used for the inconvenience. Thank you in advance.
I firstly give this business Wheels and more based in Florida Johannesburg R4500 worth of business along with 2 other customers giving them business acquainted to myself but they cant assist me with a simple exchange on my front brand new tyres. The boss continues to say he will calculate the difference on exchange for the tyres for the past 3 days this week and yet still no response or feedback! Customer service is useless at this shop, management levels of service is really low and I will not support them further. P.S. and this was after I was not advised that I selected for them to put the incorrect tyres on the rear rims where the tyres were literally sliding off the mag wheel while driving and the car had to go back to their shop for those tyres to be replaced by a recommended tyre for that particular rim size. Not happy nor pleased at all!
After 3 attempts to get Standard Bank to assist me in transferring my Tax Free Savings funds to my personal account with a complaint logged to the complaints team, no one has responded! I was also told I must go into one of their branches to request a transfer to my Capitec account which is unacceptable with the technology available to all banks. I have made calls and being placed on hold yet no care to their customers nor compensation or consideration! The most unprofessional bank to deal with during such daunting times.

I am very disappointed and upset with Vodacom! I signed up for the uncapped fibre wifi deal mid July 2019 along with several requests sent for them to contact Vumatel to contact me to set up an installation date but up until this dam day nobody from Vodacom has contacted me nor has Vumatel! Vodacom you are a pathetic network and have just lost a customer.
