I will never support them. Even if they were to put their tombstones on special, bad service I must say, the owner does not have sympathy for the clients. I placed an order paid it on time they erected the Tombstone but not how I wanted it instead of rectifying the mistake they want me to pay R3000 for fixing it while the consultant is the one who failed to explain what I wanted my tombstone to be like.
So far so good, payflex is my new credit card, I'm enjoying every moment of using it. Last month I was stranded had nothing and I wanted to buy a few things for my child, payflex rescued me. I placed an order using it and it was my first purchase and wooow everything was superb and now I'm enjoying every moment ππ―π―ππ
Exceptional service, bought Iron and 2 cordless kettles, the reviews weren't satisfying on the app but when I received my orders I found nothing wrong with the products been using my products for a month now and thus far I'm enjoying them, and they delivered on time as usual I've never had a problem with takealotπ―β€οΈ

I requested a refund 6 weeks ago even today I'm still waiting for my refund money, when i call them they give me excuses, and they can't find me on the system, I explained that I did fill in the refund form how can they not see what I've paid, I even went to the branch in atterbury to fill in the form but it seems like they just ignored my request. I need my money, this is not how you should treat your clients.
