This department is not working at all.People go back home without being help.Can a minister do something about this
There is a lady who work for sassa at Northdale hospital.She is very rude and ignorance.She has no respect for people who cone to apply for child grant.I wish the hospital can do something about her
The staff that work at Sassa civic centre are very rude and they not doing their job.You sit there almost whole day they serve less than 6 people a day.
Hi there my child is using norraco for her nsfas fund.Yesterday she login to their system only to find that all her balance is gone with no explanation.I tried calling them but there was no answer.their line always says line busy.Im so frustrated at them because my child need to use that money.
I have applied for Sassa srd Grant in august and I was declined the reason they have is that I'm getting another income.Of which that is incorrect.I tried to appeal but still it pending.Now it is October I'm not getting anything
Last month i bought R99 airtime then i bought 5gb data for day and night but I could not use all my data because there was no network.I called abd they told me that their tower is fault so I asked to be reimbursed but even now they are saying that they still waiting for the response because I laid a complain
My was admitted at r K khan on the 29 November.She has a broken leg nothing has been done to her.Last week they promised to take her to theatre even now they have not.I urge everyone not to send their families there.They will die because they neglect patients.Im so sad
My sim card lost the network from the 29/11/2019.I couldn't make or receive calls.So today(3/12/19)I went to pinetwn and ask mtn agent to help me with a simple swap but she couldn't because it kept on saying "can't perform simswap at this time".Then I decided to go to mtn shop in Sanlam centre that's when one of the worker there was so rude and told me that I must do Sim swap on my own.They only help contract clients.Mind u I had already told him that I tried.I feel like porting to another network.
In August I issued a complain on hellopeter about Capitec bank that they blocked my account then the following day someone from capitec phoned and said that by the following week they will call me and give feedback.Even now im still waiting for their feedback.I even went to their branch in pinetown but the manager that attended me was rude.Im so dissappointed.
My acc was closed.Eben now i cant get my money thats in the account.I wish someone can help me
