Do not be fooled by they adverti*****t, they invest more on advertising and reject claims of they customers. If you do not want any excuse when you claim,play far from Outrance. I made two claims and all of them were rejected with reference to something they don't cover. I've been with outsurance since 2018 for house insurance but as of today,13th of June 2025 I've cancelled my policy.
Let your offices be in foreign land since hiring foreigners in South Africa is a big deal and leave South African land to South Africans.
I mean when a contract end, it means exactly that. Why do I have to call after a contract end to end the contract that ended? Car tracker is a scam, I wouldn't advise any one to use car track.

I toke my car to a dealer for an engine repair last Year November 6th,which Neo Malatji and his supervisor Clinton Lewis handled my case. So the dealer managed to fix it and called me to pick it up on the 7th of February which payments were made from me and IGD. When I left the dealer it was around 12:45,after driving for 100km or so I got stuck. It was around 3 to 4pm when I got stuck, so I called the dealer they said they will pick it up on Monday, 10th since the about to close, which they did pick it up. So me waiting for a call till April when I started to be persistent in trying to understand what's happening to my car, only to find out that they moved my car from johannesburg to vergeneon, so I called IGD updating them which they called the dealer only to find out that the dealer is been liquidated. IGD adviced me to tow my car to my place, so I did just that and discovered that the whole engine is missing, I immediately told them. They involved their lawyers in trying to get the money they paid the dealer and getting my engine back. So thinking about how long is gonna take them to resolve this, I became so persistent with the dealer to get my engine back(2 conrode missing and maybe other parts that I don't know of) thinking that they will process another claim for me. Guess what, Lewis told me that they won't process another claim for me until they get their money back from the dealer. I'm sitting with a car waiting for IGD lawyers to get their money back. I mean why they don't process another claim for me, this my take years, and I need my car. Their complain's department doesn't work. 5 month and counting I haven't heard anything from idg.
1st of June 2019 my car had a drivetrain problem which few days after I toke it to Auto-glen motors bmw dealership next to The Glen mall. Now there they quoted me R50000 which I can send quotation via email. But I told to them to actually fix everything else beside vanos units which cost roughly R200000. Now my new quotation was R27500 which I paid upon collecting the car but then it still showed the same problem. I called BMW SA to tell them about everything but they couldn't help. On 2nd of September 2019 I went to take my car, it was around 4:40 pm with the drivetrain problem hoping to take it to Zambezi bmw since it was driving fine before I toke it to Auto-Glen motors accept that it has reduced performance of the car. When I toke the car it sounded different, the was rackling sound at the engine. At 6:00 pm just switch off at middle of the freeway which I was vulnerable to accident, since then it never switch on. The following day I called Auto-glen motors and left my details at the reception, that was 9:05am but they never came back to me, at 11:00 I called twice but they just cancelled my calls. Then called BMW SA again but couldn't help instead Auto Glen Motors told BMW SA to tell me that they have nothing to do with the car. So I towed my car to another dealer were I explained everything. To his surprise, most of the things that were changed were not necessarily and had nothing to do with the initial problem it still had the very same problem.I need help.
