They dragging with a refund after they advertised lights with wrong pricing.
Placed an order on used tail lights online.Dwayne sent a message saying they were priced incorrectly and they would refund me.I sent my banking details and now i must keep on reminding them.

Excellent service from Jacob Chauke, Kempton park Builders.
Shout out to Jacob Chauke, manager at Builders Kempton park.The guys know, the true definition of customer service and customer satifaction.He greeted us on entry, and also assisted us personally with the builders card.Give that man a raise, a true leader indeed.Very cheerful with customers and his subordinates.

4 Digit pin query not yet resolved for 2 months
Requested a 4digit pin request so i can redeem my vouchers on Feb 3 but up until now i am, getting the run around.no one from the wallet department has even bothered to assist with my query.The same reason i no longer use your card services.Your service is slow and pathetic

They lost track of my Bank card and they are unresponsive to queries.
They are the worst courier ever, incompetent, disorganised and they actually dont care.Customer service agents are full of **** they are unresponsive.Wonder how you the card delivery contract from FNB.You are costing us guys.Your contract should be revoked.

Account hacked and skrill is unresponsive
My account was hacked by someone impersonating him/herself as an agent from skrill using this number +44 1355 640010.But when I tried contacting skrill about the matter no one responded.Such a big company without a live chat or working contact numbers.People are being scammed putting your brand to shame due to your non-existant support desk. You just ignore.

Account hacked and skrill is unresponsive about the matter
Money took out from my account,after it was hacked.And skrill was unreachable.I tried contacting them through all relevant channels to no avail.Noone responded. I still have open cases on my application and numerous emails that I have sent them.I have learnt my lesson.Never ever will I deal with them from now going forward.And I urge most of you to avoid them. Their security is poor.

Takelot are fraudsters, they took my money but cant release the items.
I ordered items online for COD and some items were removed from the order without notice, upon contacting them they said i had to pay via eft,for the removed items to reappear.On the delivery day the cancelled items were still not delivered, and they demanded i pay again cash ontop of the eft.To which i refused and they took the items back.Contacted them to ask for a refund and they running around in circles.
