This is now the 2nd day I'm waiting for a parcel from PnP clothing, on the 10th of October they said they were unable to deliver on the delivery run, I've mailed them, and they said they deliver until 18h00. and guess what, they updated at 17h45 they were unable to deliver my package, nobody phoned, messaged or mail me to say the package will not be delivered, now I have to wait for how long again, when I could've had my parcel yesterday already. Not sure who to Hello Peter, Cosmetic Connection or RAM delivery, they were supposed to deliver, but there was nobody here, we have security cameras at our place of residence, it's not the 1st time also that RAM says they delivered when they did not
Hi there, Hope you well? On Sunday I have reported my 5G router that is not working after the last loadshedding we had on Sunday, so I phoned in, the they asked me if I want to upgrade to Rain One (which is not the problem), so I did anyway, Rain has send an email to escalate the router issue at 11h12 (calls are recorded) it's now 3 days later, no calls or emails received, I work from home and I need the router to be able to work and to use the Rain One upgrade, can't do that without a Router, I've logged several tickets, and even complained on the FB page, to which they respond that I must DM them and they will investigate, I understand it's not their fault, but they are a service provider and should provide a service, just how do they handle escalations, how do they prioritize these mails (from their side I must add) I mean, is their only one person handling escalation mails or how does it work, I just want feedback on a replacement, if they do, when????
Totally useless, because of them I cant get my papers for my car whitch i bough, have paid them over R3000 and they still don't get back to you, they keep on asking for money but they don't issue the disk for the lisence
I must say, coming from a customer service background, the service received from Morne de la Porte and Lizelle Wehmeyer, was most rewarding experience ever, friendly, warm and sooo welcoming, felt like I knew them for a long time, they make you feel at ease and so comfortable when completing all the documents, and with Morne, same experience, and what I like, he is very straight forward (in good way) does not hide anything just make a sale, the car was delivered to my house in Midrand with the same warmth as at the Dealer. I would recommend doing any business with these kind and warm souls, they are an awesome team, I would say the best by far, well done Morne and well done Lizelle, YOU ARE GREAT!!!!!
I have ordered clothing from Zassy. Com in March of this year, it''s now September and no word or package received, I have tried mailing them, but with no luck, the clothing that was wort R1068. This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever experienced, shipping or order number is #1225, I ordered 6 jeans and two tops, the lady that mailed me back in April was Anna, then tried again in May and still no luck, how do I Get my money back?
