Refunds take so long
I am having a major problems getting a refund from Havaianas SA as the manager in charge of accounts Julian has taken over 3 weeks and still I hear can take up to a month to pay a customer back. I find this shocking and unprofessional from a big company like Havaianas. I have been an existing customer for many years and this is how I get treated.

Dishonesty on service and repairs
The experience and service at Homemark on after sale service is shocking. No where in the term and conditions did they state that certain products will not be fixed if they break. They only tell you this when u send it in for repairs. Mine was on the Flash and go electrical machine.

No after sale service
Please think twice about ordering the exspensive electronic gadgets from any homemark stores. O have an email from Michelle Stevens who is the service manager stating that certain products on the homemark shelves are not serviced for fixed. You have to just buy a new one. Mine was the Flash and go which is over R5000 and not even a year old. Yes I misplaced my slip but lets be honest a homemark brand can only be bought at a homemark store and serviced at Homemark. And if I had a slip they would of told me the same thing anyway. Its disgusting how I have been treated as a loyal customer for so many years. So think twice before purchasing the Flash and go it CANT BE FIXED!!

Sad to know that @Home has not even tried to contact us nor try to solve our complaint. No after service whats so ever I guess.

Bad service and harmful furniture
We have bought most of our home furniture through @Home. All my outside plastic furniture for around the pool. The minute any part of your body touches this furniture it feels like fibre glass in your skin and burns for hours. We have tried to get an answer out of @Home for over A Year now and sadly nobody from Head office gets back to us. Very poor service.

The service is shocking. The employees never get the orders right. EVER. Its a guessing game on what you actually getting. Never an apology. The drive through is An order and Park system Poor poor poor
