Used these providers and they over charged me on the cable p/m R48 by 48meters . The distance from dish to my room is way less than the 48 meters they charged me. Another Dstv provider confirmed that cable per meter is from R18. Will not use these guys, please be careful. ****mers!!!!!

Liquid Capital and Wesbank has done my daughter in with a service plan extension she app**** for in April 2024, Rene at Liquid Captial. sold my daughter the exttended service plan under false information advisin my daugher that plan has been extended. In May of 2024 Wesbank sent Liquid Capital an email to say that there is already a an existing policy which was the initial policy when vehicle was purchased in 2023. Liquid Capital never informed my daughter of this email Wesbank sent on the 7th May 2024. after they in April of 2024 confirm that she was covered for the extended service plan . My daughter has been under the impression that she is covered and when she took her car for service on the 25th of April 2025, just to be told that there is no service plan in place. I request a written email from Liquid Capital or Wesbank as to why this was never communicated to my daughter in 2024, my daughter could have taken out policy from a different supplier. This is pathetic to say the least. I am waiting from Shantel at Wesbank to call me.
Sinethemba from Discovery Insure was very polite and very friendly in assisting me to cancel some of the line items insured under my Discovery Insure Policy scheduled. However, the amended insurance scheduled that was supposed to be sent to me with just reflecting my Building (HOC) insurance has still not been sent to me.
Re: Pathetic Customer Service/Absolute Worse Experience So, just in term of how my claim has been handled by your subcontractors and assessor , I have not been very impressed to say the least, absolutely worse experience. To date, I received NO correspondence from Discovery Insure on the reasons for my claim being rejected. When my broker lodged the claim on my behalf for my pool pump on the 11th. YOUR contractors came out and they checked the box where I showed them where smoke was coming out from, they did not even open the filter to check for so called sand. They only checked the box and I showed them the wires that I disconnected when I saw smoke coming from the pump. They never opened the filter, they were more afraid and distracted by the dog. Your accessor who then came out the next day ,Francois says that his findings and the guys (contractors) findings, there report/findings corresponds, that the sand in the filter was picked up in the filter of the pump. So, I had a professional pool service guy come out on Saturday to come and check my pool pump. He advised me that the sand particles and debris that was found at the bottom of the filter was in actual fact not that from the sand filter as the grains are much bigger, the sand/debris that was found inside bottom of filter was that of normal sand that the creeper sucked up . And this I can attest to, as I have garden services who uses blowing machine, and this is the sand particles that would land up in pool surface. I must say, I am not very impressed with Discovery, as in my opinion, Discovery looked at every reason not to approve claim.

I bought a car through this dealer Bryanston Executive Cars who without my consent or asking me if I wanted to source my own Warranty policy , took one out with Warranty Solutions which seems they work hand in hand and already included this policy premium in finance agreement. 14 months later when its comes to claiming, the dealer principle with Warranty Solutions are using Policy wording tactics now not to pay out claim. Please don't ever buy a vehicle through these guys.
Once again Gary and Luciano was ready to assist. Informed Gary few weeks ago that rear back door was not locking, he immediately arrange with Luciano to have my car taken in . I somehow have not experienced any issues again with door so did not take it in, but Gary advised me when I collected my licence plates that if I do have issues , to inform him anytime and he will arrange that i take car in. Excellent service .

Telkom customer service is pathetic and weak. I have logged a complaint with them in January case nr 32064160 and to date no one from Telkom has ever contacyed me. I have been following up regularly and has been told that matter is still open and they will escalate. I took out a Fibre package with Telkom in 2018 which was 20mbps download and 2mbps upload uncapped, however for the past year and a half Telkom has been billing me for 20mbps / 2mbps but I have been receiving a 10mbps/2mbps speed line service, which was the adsl package I had with them. I have been trying for them to credit me back on the amount I have been billed but on there Customer Portal I'm on a (10mbps) speed line.
