It is a ****. They add extras and when you cancelled they still deduct it.
I paid them R4400 and started trading. The Josh that helped me was not much help. In the end he just killed the call. I aske for my money back and it seems they don't pay it back. No they ignore me.
I send a package to a customer. We contacted Aramex yesterday after the customer queried us. They took a long time to come back to us. The say they did not get the suburb. For 5 days they did nothing. The delivery address is 5, 8 kms from Aramex. They have an email and two cellnrs and don't contact any of those. Useless one day service.
Horrible and expensive. Do not use them. You pay expensive for tickets in case you want to change a date. If you have to change a departure later it costs about a 3rd of the ticket.
Bad service. Two factor authentication is not working. Logging a call is useless.
I had fines against my name and they cleared all of them. Cheaper and easier than for me to go to Cape Town. My daughter and sister had old fines older than three years. Both went overseas and we wanted to sell the car. For a fee they cleared it.
Useless company. They keep fines that expired long before 3 years still on the system and wants me to pay them as well. The council remove them but they say I must pay it keep the block. So I pay it to them and they do not have to pay it over. What a ****.
They did a Stirling job. Unfortunately Cape Town did not lift the block but I just spoke to a lady at Fines4U and she said they will immediately follow it up and will be clear in a few days.
We decided to go away for our anniversary. The quote I got was about R10000 cheaper that what they said we can get when we bought it. They said we can get all our documents within 10 days, that is 3 days past the cool off period. I told them they are a ****. No it is after the cool off period so we are losing more than R18000. Do not buy from them. Their website is apparently getting updated because it does not work. But when Ashwin Malgas sold it it was woiking. I think they are just a another lying ****.
They do not have enough servers so they throttle our services. Our dedicated server is in Germany and according to XNEELO technical (talked and tested 1hour and 16 minutes.) as well as my IT person (spent about an hour on my laptop testing). Both agree that my services for outgoing emails are throttled by RAIN.
