I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Bakkie Shop. While their presales support was responsive and helpful, their after-sales service has been completely the opposite. Since making my purchase, I have been trying — without success — to get hold of them to arrange collection of my item. Their cell phone line goes unanswered, WhatsApp messages are ignored, and emails receive no response. This was my first time dealing with them, and, unfortunately, it will also be my last. Based on this experience, I cannot, in good faith, recommend The Bakkie Shop to anyone. Reliable after-sales support is essential, and sadly, they have fallen far short of the mark.
I wish i could give a negative rating and even that won't be enough. SkyNet has poor communication, never delivers on dates they say they will, rude customer call centre agents and lack of customer centricity. Their agents will put you on hold until you give up. I hope my experience helps someone avoid using this company entirely.
This is has to be the worst fibre provider there is out there. Goes down every week, we go for long hours without internet connectivity, no sense of urgency to fix their issues, no monitoring at all ,they wait for their customers to tell them there’s an issue before they even pick it up.
Recently bought one of their new developments. Since the handover date you expect to be excited to be in your new home but that has not been the case. Every single day i have been finding major defects. Moving into your new home should be exciting and there has been nothing exciting about living in this house. It seems no care or any sort of quality checks were done on the house. Every single day after occupation you will constantly be asking them to come fix something and it gets quite annoying and will eventually tick you off. As a customer you do not spend so much money buying a house and also to do the quality checks for them..that is not my job. So if you are going to buy from them expect a poorly built half-assed house with lots and lots of defects.
