I'm not happy with the way this company operates with their customers. They dont call me to communicate about what they need regarding my comprehensive car insurance information instead they decide on their own to make me a vehicle debt protection without my approval. I sent them my comprehensive car policy proof they don't call to say it's incorrect instead they insist on opening this vehicle thing I don't want coz I have a comprehensive car insurance. This Is not the first time I have an issue with this Company. Now they added money to my installments without my concern. They better call me coz even wen I call them they hang up on me
So I bought a sleeper couch December at Fair price Jabulani. Now it's towards the end of February and they still have delivered the sleeper couch legs all four of them. The couch has been sitting on the floor and its so unpleasing. I called them a numerous times to tell them to deliver them but they keep on fooling and saying they will call me back once they have found a driver till today I haven't received a call. I no longer want this sleeper couch coz it no longer has no use since the service I'm getting is very poor I even went there twice but I was not helped. I want my money back I don't want the legs anymore.
This company is busy making rounds sending people emails about them offering jobs remotely and will courier working materials that need you to pay 550 upfront. That's already a ****. I don't know how they get our email addresses please report them and dont fall for their ****. It's all a lie
I opened an account at Ackermans three months ago. I have been paying it every since and I haven't skipped a payment. I asked them if they can debit it monthly they said it's not a great idea coz they will forget to debit and mess up my credit record. We agreed that I pay monthly cash. So I was trying to apply and buy a car so the car dealer can't help me because Ackermans said I missed a payment and I never did miss a payment since I opened an account with them. Can they clear my credit record coz they really messing up with my credit record I can't apply for anything because of them.
I paid last months money. I dont understand why they are debiting twice on my bank account i want my money back. It not fair.....i want my money

I took a life cover with this company a year ago. There i was paying 235 per month for my cover. They offered me a discount on my cover to pay 135 every month as of February 2023. I agreed to that, but now since February they debit twice on my account. The debit the 235 plus 135 exactly the same time. Since February till this month. I logged a complaint to them they did not get back to me till today. I want my money back and as of February. You can contradict your offers to your costumers and **** them. If so let's cut ties. I will get a cover some where else. I want my refund back.
Please help me expose Rain. It's also a month having this useless router that's not even working and i paid. I want my money back and take your useless router back. I bought rain last week and apparently my sim was not activated correctly by them. I called them a couple of times and no one is willing to help me with this issue. I called for the last time to ask for a refund but they still don't want to. I'm really disappointed and angry about their poor service
