Filled in my details online for a quote, just to be called and asked all the same questions I just answered. They were unable to beat my quote and then when i asked for the R500 as advertised, the lady refused to give me her name or reference for the call. She said I would receive an email with the information which never happened.
Unprofessional. They forgot to debit my account two months in a row. Both times i had to call them to Debit. after the second time they want to suspend my account.
After booking my ticket to Amsterdam, my passport was ******. I spoke to them on the phone and explained my situation and was promised a voucher which I am still waiting for. They do not answer their phone and do not respond to my emails.
Pathetic service, Leora refuses to put me through to someone who can assist me.
Had my windscreen replaced on the 5th of July because of a crack on my original Toyota fitted windscreen. Prior to the replacement, I had no leaks, no rust issues, and no problems other than a cracked windscreen. On the 2nd September, I noticed my roof lining was soping wet after being parked in the rain. I immediately went back to them to complain and managed to make an appointment for Friday (today) for them to refit it. After denying the leak a few times, we were able to see where the leak was once the windscreen was off. And a rust patch on the metal of the car (under the windscreen where it is not supposed to be exposed to the elements), they told me that this rust caused the leak. However, I had no leaks before they replaced the windscreen. And nothing was mentioned about rust when the replacement was done the 1st time. (HOW COULD THERE BE RUST WITHOUT ANY MOISTURE EVER REACHING THERE.) I give them 2 stars because they cleaned it and tried to prevent further leaks. They also tried to clean the water marks of roof lining. However, you can still see slight water marks from the leak, and they refuse to take accountability for the rust caused by the leak.
Really bad service, it has been 2 weeks today and I am still waiting for settlement. I send email after email with no response. Have to phone every time to make sure they do their job. Definitely would not recommend joining them.
Ridiculous service! Submitted a claim through the App and after two days I am still yet to receive a call from them. When joining in April I was given an excess of R4000.00 only to find out it has now been pushed up to R5000.00 although I have never claimed before this. A 25% increase in under 5 months!! And although I was not in the wrong, I must still pay the excess only for them to claim from the 3rd parties insurance.
Went here for our staff function, while waiting almost an hour for our food, the waitress messed ice all over my wife's back. We had to constantly ask them to lower the music which was so loud and distorted that they could not hear our drink orders and kept getting it wrong. Then they bring another tables order to us, place the food down and come back after 5 minutes to grab the food and say oops wrong table. What's worse is that they then gave that same food to the correct table after it had been sitting on our table. This during a covid pandemic is horrific! Eventually after 10 O' Clock and being there for 3 hours we left without receiving our food. Terrible service and arrogant waiters, definitely do not recommend this place!
Terrible service from Capitec N1 city. Manager, Jaco (who wouldn't even come out to speak to us) refused to accept a payslip because of a staple that was in it, after wasting an hour of our day.
