Secondhand car purchase experience
I had exceptional service from Ntsako Baloyi, from my application right through to the collection of the vehicle. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a car dealer. He was helpful, friendly and did all the things he promised to do to the vehicle before delivery. He went above and beyond. The vehicle was for my son and they made him feel really special with a delivery "ceremony", thank you. Megan in finance was remarkable too. I was in a rush to pick up the vehicle on Saturday morning and she had all the paperwork ready for me and it was a quick and smooth process. Thank you Ntsako and Megan and thank you BMW Sandton, you have two valuable assets in your fold.

Financial service experience with Fevertree
It has been a great seemless and transparent experience from Fevertree. Getting finance with 0% interest on my purchase has been fantastic and really made it affordable. I will definitely use them again

Absolutely brilliant service as always
Absolutely brilliant service as always. The process to pick up the vehicle was quick and seemless. I received an upgrade on the vehicle, which was absolutely fantastic. The car was absolutely awesome. The car was prechecked before collection, so it was a straight climb in and go. Bringing the car back was also quick and seemless. Will definitely continue using Woodford. Thank you, team Woodford

Customer service non existent
I placed an order for yeezy slides on the 4th of November. Have attempted to call,email and Whatsapp for a status update and have received no reply. First time purchasing and service is non existent, really disappointed.

One Deal A Day Purchase - After Sales Customer Service is non existent
I bought an i11 V5.0 True Wireless Headset on the 2nd of September on One Deal A Day and received them on the 9th of September. The battery life on them is absolutely terrible. They last for around 20 minutes or less after each charge. I emailed One Deal A Day and sent a request on their website for assistance. They sent me a link to a Youtube video on how to link them, without even asking what my actual issue was. I sent them a reply back with my actual issue and subsequent follow up emails and to date have not received a response. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. I will not recommend them or buy from them ever again.
