Rude behaviour
Sister Phindi from Middelburg is rude. She told to wait outside but someone came after me but she let them in. When I went inside to tell her that the lady is after me she shouted me. Is our money different from others. We understand that they do get tired but to act that way?

Wrong order
We went to Nandos Mokopane and ordered full chicken and they gave us half chicken. We realized when we arrive in Jane Furse that the order was wrong. We paid R179. 00 for full chicken.

Telkom is scamming people
Telkom is not making debits on the agreed day and they also charge more than what we agreed on. They make a debit on their own day and when they don't find money in your account they charge you for rejection fee. I am now owing R900

Careless staff
I went to Boxer in Middelburg on the 1 February 2022, and while I was on the queue I started feeling dizzy and couldn't breath. I then went to the 2 Boxer employee(a lady & a guy) who were not far from where I was standing to tell them that I was not feeling well. They didn't even offer me water or ask me questions like: "who are you going with", "Who can we call", "can we call an ambulance" or offer me a chair to sit. They just left me standing alone.

Cellphone insurance fraud
My sister went to report her lost Samsung A70 at Vodashop Jane-Furse. Then the person who was helping her told her that she insured a Mobicel. When my sister asked for her contract they refused. Then when she was about to leave the other lady told her that it shows on the system that she insured the A70 Samsung.

Legit Middelburg
I was at Legit Middelburg this week and my experience was the worst. It is very hot in that shop. I felt like I was going to faint by just walking in. I really feel sorry those kids working in there.

Ubearable heat
It is very hot in the store and when we tell the staff they say aircons are not controlled instore.and it is impossible to shop because the heat in the store is unbearable.their roof is also leaking water.
