Best client service
All thanks to Prince Musa for best advice not moving away from king price he made me aware of allot of things that i was missing and just looking into a cheaper premium after he well explained to me it all ad up why not leaving King Price I really appreciate taking your time to explain in detail your a true asset for king price you the King

Faulty driver side window
Im so disappointed in Reanault service i should have have never trade my ford for this stepway its not even six months and its the fourth time its going to Stikland for the drivers side window that faulty everytime it comes back no report now it book again for the 22nd December i mean wil this happen every week that i have to book this car in why dont they just replace the faulty part i had to drive once in the rain with an open window that doesnt want to close or open by times this is pathetic service from the service centre we pay allot on these cars that get such service worse of all they never call you back on they promises i allways jave to return calls to Celeste if i knew Reanault give such problems i would never bought one

Services fee with no explanation
I realised that if been charged extra R15 on my account for service i then phone the call centre just to get an understanding whats the charge for just after i pay may account the weakest response i got from the lady is that as long as there is amount due they charge me on every 7th of the new month but im not on areas or pay late then she o it might be cover for the card i asked her what's the replacement value of a new card if you lost or damage it not s****

A business that change my life to a positive me they have a great team that allways follow up on clients the smallest issue i had with car i purchased feom them after 3 months they where still willing to help without hassles ill recommend them to everyone as special Johan great salesman he even organize Uber rides to collect his customers I'll stay with WP Motors Durbanville

Poor inexperienced service
Cartrack is the *****s misleading company they inexperienced consultants promoting the products in 2018 a young lady approach me with this R99 pm over on tracking my car 3days after they installed tracked i call them just to see if it works so i ask for a location on my car then they respond they can only give me an update of the last 24hours i query it and told them i was inform its a 24hour system then i ask to cancel i received a cancellation confirmation letter in 2018 now they have blacklisting demands for payments i phone send them proof that i dont have any business with them then a manager wil call me that they neva did this is so pathetic threatening me with blacklisting if i knew that the system they selling was that **** i would neva take the over bad so bad service
