Over a week items still not shipping. Customer service slow and just say its in progress nothing else. Be careful.
Vodacom Continues to Allow ******* Wasp Services On my Vodacom Account, even after i unsubscribed to WASP services. Can we not make a class action against Vodacom. All Vodacom says is its my fault but has no proof about subscription form my side. Like allowing someone to go into my account and ***** my money.
Tried to deposit money into vodapay wallet with credit card but failed. Phoned customer service they say do EFT. Did eft money went off my account but doesn't reflect on wallet. Customer services just tells me doesn't reflect sorry. But money hasn't been returned.
DStv subscribed me to Disney plus without my permission. Then once I queried it they only refunded me for the days I had not used Disney plus which I didn't know I had. I don't have time to double check dstv changing my accounts without me knowing. Leaving DSTV
I got melon mobile because they advertised data does not expire. I then bought data and not promotional data and now it is expiring. They still just say i bought promotional data. I paid R60 for one Gig.
Attended Mc Donalds in Beaufort west was a bad experience. When I got the music was so loud couldn't think and kids had to play in the loud music in the play area. Eventually has to ask staff to please turn it down. My food took about 38 minutes to arrive and was a small order. I had to ask staff twice for my order. Only finally got order once I pointed out that my order was just sitting there. Before they said they would bring it to me. Restaurant was also not busy. There was also urine ok the floor I. The men's toilet. I tried to rate my experience both on the website from the slip and on the app. Website just keeps saying wrong password. App says scan QR code but there is no QR code on the slip. I won't be attending this restaurant again.
I have been Billed for WASP services without my authorization. I previously deactivated wasp services but now i see it was reactivated without my authorization once again. This should be ******* but Vodacom doesn't stop it seeing they make a big cut of the money being ******. Please refund the money that has been been billed to my account. I have tried contact Vodacom help Line but no assistance.
Vodacom Is Charging Me above what was promised when i upgraded my account. Vodacom keeps opening a case and says is has been solved but everything remains the same. I am now looking for a legal route I can take to challenge Vodacom on breach of contract. I am not going to just leave it and let Vodacom steal my money. This is the 4th complaint I am making. I have spent about 5 hours in past month trying to fix this.
I was Quoted a Upgrade Monthly Amount and Vodacom is Charging me more than what was promised. Even after Many Complaints Still Nothing has Been Done. All Cases I have Opened say Case has been solved but i am still being charge the incorrect amount. Vodacom keeps Saying they will fix issue in 24 to 28 hours but nothing happens. Vodacom System even states the correct amount but they still over charge me. To me this is the same as Theft.
Vodacom Called Me for a upgrade And quoted the amount to me of R418 per month. But then i was being Billed R545 per month. I then contacted Vodacom but they sent me in circles from Billing to cancellations to Upgrades then Back to billing. None can help me. I upgraded from Vodacom itself not a third party.
