Where do I even begin? Northway offers loans for clients who have been blacklisted, but they require an upfront fee of R2499. What they don't mention upfront is that once that fee is paid, you’ll then need to pay an additional R2000. I signed the legal agreement they sent me, but I could only pay R1500 at the time. I received confirmation that the funds would be released. However, when I asked why the loan hadn't been disbursed, I was told I needed to pay another R1000. Now, when I did the math, R2000 minus R1500 leaves R500, so I'm left wondering where this extra R1000 is coming from, especially after a legal contract was signed. So to all the people out there who want to deal with Northway, please note that you will be ****med and **** to.
I think MWEB has to have one of the worse customer services out there. Been a loyal customer for over 2 years does not seem to mean anything. I have been paying my account every month on time and you ask for assistance just once and you get declined and told it is company policy, so thank you MWEB, my loyalty to you will be closing my account.
Good Day African Bank Just when I thought that African Bank has gone through all the bad times, you have proven that you have not. Please can you explain how a person can still be flagged on your systems 3 years later after paying all accounts in full. Sent you the letters from African Bank stating the account are paid in full, and after numerous attempts to have it cleared, I still can't get it right. for my name to be taken off. Who do I need to escalate this too, in order to have this sorted. Regards
I actually find it rather amusing. I am looking at Weelee's website and they are advertising 10/10 Hello Peter Trust Index Rating. However, they dont'seem to say what there rating is with regards to bad service. I went to Weelee (Kempton Park) last week Tuesday to purchase a Haval. The sale's person then got someone to come and value my car. Up until today I am still waiting for them to get back to me and let me know what my car is worth and if they can proceed with the deal. When I contacted the salesperson, they responded to me asking has an agent not contact me. So with saying that I have gone somewhere else, and I will be picking up my new car on Wednesday this week. Thank you Weelee for me not been part of this 50 000 happy Customers
I have never such bad customer service in my life. Try calling them and you can hold on for up to 18 minutes or even more. Sent them an email they 72 hours response time, which actually turns into 10 days if you lucky.
If a company wants to go digital then please do so correctly, Trying to contact Travelstart is like trying to pull teeth from a child. PAINFUL. you send a whats app and no agents talks to you, you send an email and no agent responds to you. So how the hell do you get in touch with Travelstart. When you call there number you get told it is to make simple and easy. Sorry but I am rolling on the floor with laughter.
Well what can say, MTN does it again. When you ask to cancel a contract because your mother passed away and request the number to be made prepaid, MTN decides to cancel the contract and the number. 1 week later after doing everything MTN tells me to do and I still can't get the number activated to prepaid. Send this email to this one, send an email to this department. This is the best one. Spoke to William in legal Ref number 1-11419395010 on Monday the 6th Dec, he told me he sent an email to his supervisor to have the matter escalated, but he has not read it yet, but they are having there weekly meeting this afternoon and William will raise it with him then. Uhm are we not in 2021 , where if it is 3 days later, you can call your supervisor and speak to him, well for MTN this is not the case, they communicate by email and follow a process. So I was going to use the prepaid number to take out a contract with them, but maybe Telkom will give better service. Wonder how long it will take for William to get back to me.
I have some of the reviews around affinity. I see some are extremely happy with the service levels from the consultants. Maybe i just the short end of the straw, as my consultant , prefers not to relay on my email's from the 19th of May and 2 reminders sent. I will not name and shame that person, but I believe been a new client to Affinity, did I make the right choice to sign up with them.
So by the looks of things, Samsung mobile can make promotions and then choose not to adhere to them. I applied for the Earbuds on the promotion. I was 2 days late according to Sonto and Tumi (supervisor) . Apparently the offer ended the 15th March, but yet I was allow to apply before the cut of date of the 31st March . Nowhere does it state the cut off is the 15th March and if you search the website it still shows that the date is the 31st. I even got as confirmation email advising i would get them with in 4 weeks. Should the email confirmation not have been "sorry you do not qualify for the earbuds" I am so so sorry I have changed from Iphone to Samsung. Worse mistake in my life and the employees don't even care, they are robots just doing what they are told to do.
I wonder how many pople know that Dotusre is not only Pet Insurance. They offer car insurance too, however, they dont treat there car insurance customer they same way the would treat there pets. I am currently busy with a claim with them and nothing but shocking serivce. Never ever had bad serivce like is from an insurance company
