There is an enquirt that have been recently done on my profile without my consent. The record shows that it was done by WesbankI don't know what they are doing this for because have never app**** for anything.This affected my credit history and my score has drastically dropped.Please remove that *****ulent enquiry. You call center people are not even answering my calls, I am being taken from pillar to post. Please remove that enquiry or else we will meet in court and I will make sure that every company involved pays for this. 😡😡😡

VW Northcliff tsotsis!!!!
An employee at VW Northcliff made an enquiry on my name without my consent and he doesn’t wanna admit it. I called different banks and they confirmed that the Northcliff dealership made an enquiry. My credit score has drastically dropped while improving and working on it. An enquiry was made on the 9th of May and I was hospitalised on that day. I want those enquiries to be removed and my score to be fixed. The sales executive thinks I’m a fool. I told him it can’t be a coincidence that i spoke to him all of a sudden an enquiry is made on my name.Now I’m running back and forth to fix all the mess.I want everything to be rectified otherwise we will meet in court and I will make sure you pay for this. I can’t have bad credit history because of you guys. I never signed nor given consent on that day. I want my score to be as it was, my credit profile to be exactly as it was and those enquiries to be removed pleaseeeee😡😡😡😡You violated my personal information and your employee is a pathological ****!!!!

Poorest service ever! Agents are ****s and provide false information
I opened a savings and investment acc with this bank.Served a 7 days notice.On the app it was stated that the money will be pain into my acc on the 6th,nothing reflected. On the 7th i sppke to Dineo from the savings and investments acc she said the funds will reflect on the 7th my bank delayed with confirmation letter and the date changed on my app. Today is the 8th of May and there is still nothing into my acc. Earlier again i dealt with a rude agent who told me that the funds will reflect in the evening same day. I have never been this annoyed as i am in hospital and need my money. I wouldn’t advise anyone to save with this bank😡 I am going to close everything that i have. The branch consultants of this bank don’t even know their job. They just want you out of the branch without asking what else they can assist with. Sis African Bank. You just lost a client. You never see me again and i am going to tell everyone about your bad service!
