First car rental poor service Deposit delay it's been 12 days waiting for my Deposit spoke to they customer care agent regarding my Deposit Rosely she's does not take my calls to update where is my Deposit This is bad R3500 it's lot of money DONT HIRE FROM THEM
My cousin was assisted by Nosiphiwo she's very rude assessor even the owner of Cajes confirm she's was rude she looking for wrong where the are no wrong everything was submitted on time she refuse to call client back told us she won't do that this assessor need training you can't lyie and speak rudely
They very bad outsurance run while you can Assessor try to manipulate the claim showing me form I did not sign when I took the police when I confronted her she couldn't acknowledge her fault I sad that's ***** so guys be carefull Outsurance they try and find something when you claim
This company is bad for your business if you have business don’t use them they will mess your business you will loose customers because of them no communication from them When you call why your website down after payments done proof of payment sent no answer Bad

Worse experience ever we bought a car faults were not displayed on the vehicle vehicle was faulty many everting was wrong with the car when we complained they told us we can’t retain the car cause we signed 3 days car broke down it did not start we took it back eventually they took it back refund us our money Now it was game with them it’s been 2 months money not refunded to us different stories every time we need our money R21000 it’s not far Chris company it’s taking advantage of people how can they sit so long with our money Don’t buy check the vehicle properly it’s worse company ever
Sorbet Olive dale Johannesburg poor service My nails were not done properly when complained told that Iam blocked on sorbet group only to find out those were lyies they only refunded R50 instead of R310 Iam not sure if they were short of money this day owner have bad attitude towards my nation so be warned not to visit this branch it’s bad
We booked on the 31/12/21 Room 416 we were not told this Room is attached to other Room we could here people having *** 2 . The bathroom shower was licking bathroom bin had previous guest woman dirt which was disgusting We reported the mater they send maintenance guy with silicone to fix the lick and the were no towels left he promised to bring them no towels were brought back we had to go ask for another towels This small Room cost R1800 with breakfast which we never ate at all by six we checked out we report to the manager apparently she’s was on leave our matter was not urgent Primroses Iam disgusted with the whole experience Don’t fall to same trap
The are not truthful to they clients they tell you they angent made mistake when you claim rather request document for policy I have recording that my excess is 1000 now Iam told 2700 and they don’t cover contents but the whole cover it’s for contents this company is bad stay away
Service is terrible they towels are dirty they have stains when we ask why towels dirty they told us they washing machine Brocken Shower faulty The room had mosquitoes terrible
