Dont buy Comfee Alliance Airconditioner from AC Direct.
Please do not purchase the Alliance Comfee 12000BTU Inverter type split AC from AC Direct. The boxes came, their installer installed and when the AC started up the inside unit was noisy and the installer said he would take it up with AC Direct. After 2 days the outside units foam covering came off and went into the fan which caused a error code EC 7 on the unit which cleared after a while. It has been a Month now still no replacement and the inside unit noise is keeping me up at night. Please avoid AC Direct and Comfee unit.

Ram does not deliver
Ram service is pretty bad, my order was supposed to be delivered on Friday 30 June, 48-72 hour service it is now 13 July and the parcel has not even been picked up. What a joke I have emailed them phoned them but nothing is being done and no communication from them, are they closing down?

Vodacom Fibre or Fail
Ordered Vodacom Fibre, was approved 5 July, 21st August was called by Vodacom intstaller they made an appointment for 26 September, I cancelled and gave notice at my ISP, phoned Fibre call center on 23rd September they confirmed the booking for Fibre connection for the 26th, nobody came or called, I have called the call center 5 times till now they have not contacted me or even notified me when I will be connected, so currently have no Internet, absolutely horrendous service.
