Nothing positive to say about William hunt Fourways. I purchased a vehicle on the 22nd of November 2024. Salesman by the name of Innocent promised that he will arrange spare key. It’s now 2 months without a key. I’ve sent an email to his superiors. Mr Pillay and Mannie Dutoit. All I can say all of them are not professional because they do not reply to emails which I sent on the 13th of Jan as well as a follow up email I sent on the 23rd of Jan.
On the 21st of Sep I received confirmation email from one of their employee stating that my refund will take 5-7 “ working days” I waited and still waiting on the 18th Oct. Mr Price is refusing to pay me back my OWN money after I have cancelled my online order. Not sure why they refusing to refund me yet they have the audacity to call me daily to offer me their products. At this point I don’t even trust their product offering.
Bad experience at the Cape Town international airport with Flysafair junior and senior staff members. Just when I was about to check my luggage they told me it’s over 7kg and that the boarding gates are closed coz I did not pay for the bag. My issue here is how come at Lanseria Int airport they weighed my bag and they never made me pay. I missed my flight at Cape Town int for the luggage drama The gentleman did not even bother to take it up with the office or Lanseria for that matter since there’s inconsistence and inconsistency between the two airport and I am not gonna allow flysafair staff to tell me how the two airports operate I am a customer it’s not my business if Lanseria policy differs from Cape Town I expect both airports to apply same rule as it’s same company.
good day I must say I’m am frustrated I still can’t receive calls. When people try to call it says the number is not available on mtn network. Can you make sure that my number is not removed from the network. Otherwise I am forced to leave MTN. This is ridiculous. Not even the technician can fix the problem.
Worst restaurant to visit. Caramello’s Fourways mall sold us a stained cake. We told the waitress the cake wasn’t fresh we thought the manger would come and apologize but nothing.... we could’nt even tip the poor waitress for the bad service
Worst experience at Sportscene Fourways mall. Being treated like I shop for free. I bought sneakers on my account, the box got misplaced when I moved places, I was told I can’t get a refund but exchange, Sportscene should amend their refund policies to simplify the lives of customers. Worst part the manger wasn’t even bothered to want to know why didn’t I have a stupid box. He made me exchange I left the store wanting to close the account.
