They say its your employees that make you or break you. I have been calling and calling for assistance with a query for one of our clients.To think some of their agents are actually exceptional eg Luke,Desiree and Xolisile with customer service but on this day when Desiree was not available Gugu refused to assist when I asked for Xolisile to assist me because she was aware of the matter as well.Gugu refused insisting I must wait till Desiree comes back and this to a query thats over 2 weeks old.I advised her thats not how you run business ,the lady did not even ask me what I wanted ,if its something she could assist with,she was simply not interested in assisting.She now advised Xolisile was on a call I advised her I was willing to hold to which she refused neither was she even willing to take my details to let Xolisile call me back.While I was still talking the lady dropped the call right in my ear.I have dealt with Pioneer on several occassions and they have been professional at most times but this Gugu lady please send her for training.This was a simple query that anyone could have helped me with,it did not require Desiree herself but she was simply either tired or unwilling to help. How do you tell a client in her exact words "call back when this person is back from their sick leave, its their query ,no one else can help you".Come on now and this after holding for 10 mins to finally get through to someone,if this was your business would you treat clients like that,please Gugu be considerate
Company does not respond to requests and they drag you for as long as they can. I would not recommend anyone to sig up with this company They are not customer oriented and simply dont care about their consumers
I am satsfied FAIS need to investigate these guys,they do not deserve to be dealing with money.These people are certainly misusing and diverting people's monies I would have never known of them if World Remit did not partner with them. People using World remit for bank tranfers be careful,whilst Wirld remit is expedience,they just made a wrong turn to partner with these guys
Be careful if you choose to buy anything on line.Clucks will maje sure they give you hell fir a refund especially where you want your money vack.So they have no problem in you exchanging a product or you getting a voucher but ask for your money to be deposited vack in your account,that's when you know they are quite a freedy corporation not wanting to party with their money.Its almost 30 days since I made tge initial request and phone call after phone call,I still have not received my money.The whole idea is to force you to exchange for a product so you font fet tge money back. Thats just greedy

Uber Eats Capetown is the new Scammer in town,everyone would think they are to be trusted but not to be so,Today I just ordered food for a friend for their birthday,the uber guy makes a phone call to say they are outside ,In a few minutes they had taken off with the food and the next thing I got a message to say the food had been collected.When I called in to complain I got a run around and no answer from the drivers cellphone and no assistance from the call Centre .Thank God for Order In they followed the instructions to the T And my food was delivered but my money is gone to Uber eats for nothing. Dont use Uber Eats ,I would not recommend them at all
