Disappointment as usual
I have been with Supersonic since the pandemic and the lock down - they have been nothing but unbearable to deal with - We were told after questioning why our routers are offline that they had a tower power outage, in Alberton area- now I am unable to work - this has been a non stop issue- and really I cant deal wtih this

No solution, its nearly close of business and I still dont have my money in my account, that was taken without my consent - after spending an hour with the consultant, I still dont have my money in my account- he hasn't called with feedback - Lat month I went to the Alberton branch with the same problem but they were able to assist, so how does the branch that I registered at fail to assist me
