I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance
They did not pay me the amount that is due to me. After a long time nagging them they decided to provide a letter yet they haven't followed through with it. They are hiding away and not responding to emails and telephone calls.
I am unable to use my Gift Card online. My nearest store is 2 hours away from my home. With Covid-19 traveling to the nearest store is not convenient. Sissy Boy will gain alot more customers if their policies change to accommodate changes that would benefit them. Please advise how we could resolve this issue.
Good Day. This email is on behalf of my 80 year old grandad, who has lost his daughter recently, therefore I am helping him sort this matter out. He received a telephone call from a rude consultant from Vericred on the 10th of July at 11:28 am. She did not even give us her Name. My grandad explained to the consultant that he has been paying R50.00 each month and the reason for not making payment after the 21st of February 2020 was due to his age which did not permit him leaving his residence due to Covid-19. She then stated a wrong amount due (R450.00) and when my granddad questioned her she had said she does not have the invoices. Vericred and Ampath are making a profit out of a pensioner. My granddad has been making a payment of R50.00 since July 2019. Kindly send me an accurate invoice with a correct amount due. Regards Caitlin
I had been to Telkom store in RBay(TDS Richards Bay Boardwalk) on the 12/08/2019 when the D-Link DWR-720/PW had been collected by the consultant Silindile and sent in for repairs. On the 19/08/2019 I received an SMS stating "Dear K PATCHAPA, your DWR-720 P/W FLLA DLink has been allocated to a Repair centre for repairs - Ref. TRJ095437 We will contact you with any updates. Telkom Mobile. Please do not reply to this" On the 22/08/2019 I received a follow up SMS stating "Dear K PATCHAPA, your DLink DWR-720 P/W FLLA has been dispatch back to TDS Richards Bay(Boardwalk). Handset will be delivered in 4 days. Telkom Mobile. Please do not reply to this" On the 28/08/2019 which was in 4 days (excluding weekend) a consultant at the branch searched for the device and said it's not at the store and the courier company has not delivered it. And I should come back when the store phones me. I received no phone calls from the store nor did I receive a follow up SMS. I went back to the store and spoke to a very incompetent consultant. She said that the store can not track the phone and she does not know the courier company that their branch uses. I therefore phoned the call centre on the 25/09/2019 (a month later) in which was of no help as they transferred me to 4 different departments. At the end of call I had no assistance. Consultants who I had spoken to was 1 .Mathadiso Kaci 2. Sibolelo Pakadi 3. Nobulhe Ngcobe 4. Thebokazi I still don't have the phone nor did I receive assistance in finding it.
