Worst customer service ever. The after service is terrible, my entire house has Hisense appliances that I bought around the same time and now I’m having problems one after the other and no one even cares to assist me. I can’t cook because the stove refuses to heat up, neither Hisense or Takealot have been helpful it’s so frustrating. Stay away from Hisense products, rather save money for other brands than save a few bucks for nonsense appliances. 😡😡😡😡
It it with great sadness that I’m wiring this mail due to the abuse i have endured from Telkom Mobile for almost a year now. I took out a contact about 3yrs ago with telkom and I was a loyal customer for the duration of my contract and never missed a payment even after I got retrenched from my job and failing to cancel my contract based on those facts because a consultant convinced me not to cancel till the end of my contract and offered me a lower data package of which I was more than happy to honor. For the past 11 months I have been struggling to get my contract cancelled with telkom and it makes me even more upset knowing that my credit score will be negatively affected because of the incompetence of Telkom and their uninterested employees. My contract ended in November 2020 and I have been trying since December 2020 to cancel my contract with them. The consultants keep making empty promises and fail to assist. I have requested on numerous occasions to speak to a manager or someone who will assist me but I keep getting excuse after excuse and no one calls me back. I’ve been reversing debit orders because every little income that comes into my account telkom will attempt to take a portion of it and I’m really tired of this mess. This is affecting my credit rating negatively and I really don’t know where to go for help. I’ve had to resort to closing my bank account because of the charges incurred due to Telkom’s incompetence and now I have legal companies threatening me. This is the worst service I have ever experienced, I’m really angry.
My contract with telkom ended in November 2020 and the consultant i spoke to beginning of December said she would cancel the contract for me but Telkom still took money from my account and they are now sending me a message that more money will be taken from my account end of January its way more than what i had been paying the entire 24months. Telkom is just a fraud and im really furious with the service they render to their clients
Makro Stubensvally just doesn't care about their customers its actually disgusting, i went there to report an issue with a fridge bough at Makro Strubensvalley I was told a technician would contact me to come and check the fridge, a week later still no one called me, I had to report it on twitter before someone actually came to assist with the issue. Technicians have been to my house 4 times already to keep repairing the ice maker which has been replaced before. We constantly have issues with the ice maker for the fridge, the technician confirmed that the ice maker has a problem once again and would need to be replaced. We are so tired of all these repairs, this fridge is not even 2years old and they want to replace the ice maker for the 3rd time now. We demand our money back for this useless product.
LG electronics are a total waste of money, we bought a fridge for over R16000 and the ice maker keeps giving us issues, their technicians have changed the ice maker and guess what? the new one is still giving us issues and they keep sending technicians to come and repair this useless product even though I've reported to Makro multiple times that we do no want the fridge no more because its not functioning as it should, we have had it for less than 2years yet technicians have been to our house 4 times already, this is completely unacceptable for the amount of money we paid.
Nadima promised to help with my dispute with Earth Uniforms and I was really hopeful that I would get justice but I guess the consumer is not protected after all. I have lost over R24 000 to Earth Uniforms because I am a woman and I don’t have the power to fight a disrespectful big man like Jide and his wife Christine so they just my money and never delivered the service.
Earth Uniforms owes me over R24 000 for 200 T-shirt’s that I paid for in full on the 9th of July and till today I haven’t received my T-shirt’s and money back. They are thieves and fraudsters. Christine always makes empty promises and never delivers.
