I bought blue voucher on saterday-; it was canceled and did not get my feedback either from you or capitec
On the 16th of November I bought blu voucher for R1080 only to found out that busbet takes up to R1000 max.i watsapp and called blu approved support n the ticked was canceled and not redeemable.They referred me to capitec...I watsaap capitec the lady indicated the refund will takec24 hours and I did screenshot ;yesterday I followed up they 5 business days.Both companies you can see the collaboration is very weak.no one want to take responsibility As capitec client I'm disappointed.
R100k withdrawal was rejected without notifying me.now I capture again there no progress.im not happy with the service ,IV been with Betway and 10bet,their service was very excellent.now I panic that would I HV my money
Ordered few items and the delivery was supposed to be yesterday but then i got a call that my parcel would not be delivered and the driver was 10 case away.i was not happy but i was text that today before 5pm.i waited and waited no call,i ended up calling and i was told the item i will get after 3 business day.i then requested for refund and again i was told i will have to wait until they receive the parcel. Which parcel are they referring to as it never got to mu door step.its their duty to liase with delivery company not me.i feel robbed
I took mg phone to vodacom tzaneen for repairs and as i was talking with the sales guy.i ask if theres is cheap phone which i can buy while my galaxy note 8 is on repair and i told him strickly that i wnt need any insurance the A30 i jst want my note 8 to be fixed.he evn removed the sim carm to A30 and referred me to polokwane vodacom relair shop on saterday.to my suprise today i receive a very rude call from the so called underwritters saying my galaxy note 8 is not insured.yhe A39 us the one insured.j was very uoset and ask where dud i sign or are the recording which il need within 7 days starying that i have cancelled my insuranxe and moved the insurance to A30.seconly wahg was i not advvised if ws thr case and could i have been that stupid to cancel insurance on the phone which was broken and shif to phone which i can maintain without insurance.i was checking mg monthlg bills since i gof the note 8 and the debit still the same.so are tge akso saying that insurance for note 8 is stil the same with A30.well i need that phobe fixed or they must give me back all tge money deducted for insurance ilb happy to move otger service providers.i then phone the repair shop and i was told to tell them the number is the same but all the consultant i dpoke to hang up the phone and not call back.vodacom we come to you and we dont evm know the undetwritters.when come to splvinh or repairing you play jika jika.i been having from galacy note 4 till 8 and i was now interested in 1p but i highly disapointed.please fix or give me back the insurance i paid since
