ECU Xpress dont take responsibility of the work done. After less than 12hrs the vihacle was collected, having paid R 8 382. The technician was quick to shy away from the responsibility, without even checking the vihacle, no paper work was given or quality control documents were handend over to me. I was further intimidated and threatened by the technician, stating that i m barred to bring the vihacle or any think to them.
After reposting the review of ECU xpress foreigner stuff who dont even understand the Consumer Act, which probably might be iworking in South Africa with the wrong permit. ECU xpress responded indicating that they offer warranty on their work, Contrary to the information given to me by their stuff member to call me accusing me of lying intimidating me by telling that i m must not bring my car or any of eletronics at them even though i just paid R 8 382. I am now rallying and communicating to all unsatisfied clients that feel genuinely Robbed by ECU Xpress to institute a Class action lawsuit to recover the cost and compansated for all inconveniences. They are quick to take money, when they are supposed to take honorship and warranty of the work done they dont. Can someone advise were can we lodge a formal complain and advise if all the unhappy clients can initiate a collective legal assistance. They Operate like a R5 shop
The Consultant are very knowledgeable and well trained for customer care, the turn around tym in responding and resolving the issues is as quick as lighting speed. I will definitely recommend and refer someone to King Price should i be asked which insurance is best. Thank you for incorporating me to your Royal Family ππΌππΌππΌ
The service and communication is customer care is below standard. No proper hand over its done from one machenic to another, if the machenic is not able to resolve the vihacle problem. The attitude of most managers or senior personnel is very much unprofessional. Only one manager show the interest in resolving the problem but with no success..
OE Borsch alledged to have installed new piston , crankshaft and oil pump on a Jeep Wrangler without proof of purchase and specifications of the alledged replaced parts . They further installed the incorrect wiring harness on the same vihacle and fail to repair the vihacle . They go an extra mile and insist that they have done the correct purchase of odering the left hand drive harness without with the proof of purchase from Jeep. They are a incompitent fly by night Borsch franchisee who do not follow the correct procedures and not want to take responsibility of their mistakes.
The phathetic service and trial and error method used to diagnose the vihacles. Repair are done and have come backs . (1) vw Amorock : cambelt repairs break down was blamed on the cambelt. (Done twice n never got right and lastly dropped the valve) (2) Ford focus : fixed for overheating and break the engine hours after that taken from repairs. (3) Jeep Wrangler : engine rebuilt we never received old piston but paid 107000 for rebuilding the engine with includes 32000 for new pistons. Recently take it for changing of burnt wiring harness ,they alledge they can't get some harness we source it ourself now they can't get the car right .they took computer box and ECU for check up n then advised to check body control box . We don't know whats next on the trial error They don't want to accept that they cannot get the car right n how long will the car last after this repair.
Thanks for Nomagugu at Chrysler South Africa for quick response after Katlego Mojela has wasted our tym by promising to deliver a flaying bird. 24hrs after sending a complain she replied to confirm to FCA has recived our complain and she will investigate and revert back to us. If all staff could be like Nomagugu at FCA external group companies ,go extra miles will grow and increase the data. Thanks Again FCA (Noordwyk head office.) Regards Taki
I am very dissapointed by the pathetic response . Renprop Agent Charles facilitated the rental of my property during the rental we had a lot of problems with the tenant and nothing on the contract was done right. When we reach a stage where we had to complain I was told the Agent used is personal banking details to pay us and Renprop is not responsible for this transaction . The Manager Debbie further indicated to me that ,I must lodge the complain to the EAAB not them ,but the said agent was dissmissed for performing the deal using Renprop recourse ,how can you punish someone while u don't pay the mess he made to the property owner. Recently we notice the David and Goliath approach by Renprop towards us. I was told the matter is closed ,that's even if the matter is still sitting with the EAAB. This Approach makes us wonder how many other client has gone through this and the treatment given to us. Any one who has the similar or related problems I suggest we start talking and let Renprop take responsibility for their staff.
