Anyone dealing with Mercedes Benz Financial services be vey weary, they don't refund when they owe you money. I paid my instalment sale agreement in full, they acknowledged in writing that there is a credit owing to be in June 2021. On the 1ST of December, six months later they have still not refunded me my money. Shame on a company like Daimler Chrysler to rip off their clients. As for Mrs Wendy Magoro that heads up the division, she is totally incompetent and should be fired.

Before I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee I made contact with Jeep South Africa to check if the vehicle had transmission problems like the American models. The call agent told me that the vehicle was not part of those models. Last week I again phoned them and was told exactly the same thing but after supplying them with recall numbers it turns out my car is part of those models with transmission problems. Best part is that I am without my car as it is at a Jeep Service Centre because I have transmission problems. Tried speaking to Jeep South Africa about it now and was just given the: We have no records of this, so in a nutshell pay up even if you spoke to us to protect yourselves and we lied to you.

Very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.

My Jeep Wrangler 3.6 was delivered to the dealer workshop for repairs. Now almost 2 weeks later my car is still not fixed because the is no head gasket available in South Africa. This is unacceptable.

Thanks for Nomagugu at Chrysler South Africa for quick response after Katlego Mojela has wasted our tym by promising to deliver a flaying bird. 24hrs after sending a complain she replied to confirm to FCA has recived our complain and she will investigate and revert back to us. If all staff could be like Nomagugu at FCA external group companies ,go extra miles will grow and increase the data. Thanks Again FCA (Noordwyk head office.) Regards Taki

I bought a second hand car from one of your dealers. I was informed that the delay in delivery was due to the fact that the car is currently in the workshop to ensure everything is correct and fixed. When delivery day came they made me sit and wait 8 hours.. After taking delivery of the car and drove 5min I informed the sales person that: The alternator light stays on The car leaks oil from a gazget in the engine and leaks onto the exhaust. The radio doesn't work The spear key doesn't work The rear shocks needs to be replaced The book for the major service they said they done is not stamped. The inboard computer mail function I haven't had the car for a month now. Mercedes-benz response - Yes you must get this fixed yourself. Really? Will Kruger 063 488 9456

On the 22nd of January 2019 one of daimler/ Mercedes Benz employee hit into the back of my wifes vehicle .there after I contacted Mercedes benz spoke to a lady and she gave him paladin brokers contact details after numerous emails my was offered a settlement amount on the 19th feburary 2019 on the 20th feburary 2019 my wife signed and emailed it back to the advisor Lynn on the 21st feburary 2019 she confirmed that the payment was effective and that I will receive payment in 7 to 10 working days. I emailed Lynn du toit twice as 12days has passed and my wife and I have received no payment as yet. To date we have not received any response from Lynn du toit or been contacted by any employee from paladin. This service is ridiculous . My wife and I I forced to drive a vehicle that is now not safe because the bumber keeps falling and a boot that doesnt open and close proper. We need the settlement amount so that we can get our vehicle repaired. Can anyone from Mercedes benz or paladin make sure I receive what is owned to my wife and I. This has been a very stressful processes and now we must wait longer for payment because paladin does not do what they say they going to do. Claim number is Paladin ref 133190
