Logged a claim more than 6 weeks ago. No feedback. Just a claim number recieved. No further instructions. No response on emails. Not even answering the phone.
Took my jeep wrangler in for smoking. They diagnosed and repaired a problem after 3 weeks of fighting because no spares available. Recieved money. When i got the car back it was still smoking. Took it back then they told me it was something els, much more expensive. No courtesy car. I m going on leave in a week but they dont give a ****. They ignore messages and phone calls. Dont know what to do
My Jeep Wrangler 3.6 was delivered to the dealer workshop for repairs. Now almost 2 weeks later my car is still not fixed because the is no head gasket available in South Africa. This is unacceptable.
Vodacom can thank ram courier for loosing a customer an 32 000. Because their delivery driver refuse to follow instructions an to answer his phone.
I've been waiting for a upgrade phone for a week now. Online upgrades are supposed to be next day delivery according to vodacom. Now I have to wait another week. This is unacceptable.
Really disappointed with the quality of the banking app and online banking. For some reason I cannot log in to online. I know my details were entered correctly and the app does not wat do accept my finger print or pin. K know my pis is correct. Blocked card accidentally now I have to wait till Monday to go to the bank because nothing can be done over the phone. Really pathetic.
