Be careful everyone, i had R157 deducted from my MTN bill without my authorisation by a third party company called WASPA. They send out SMS to your phone and simultaneously deduct moneys from your cell phone account without you even replying to their SMS. MTN are in cahoots with this third party company to de***** MTN users.
I received two SMS"s from MTN at the same time, one offering me a subscription and the other simultaneously thanking me for subscribing. Both SMS were sent at the same time. It is impossible for me to have rep**** as the SMS were sent at exactly 11:57. I did not even open the SMS. At the end of the month i noted content charges amounting to R157. I contacted MTN and they said that they cannot reverse this as this was paid to a third party, Waspa.org.za. Another ******* government department - org.za. My contract is with MTN and not with a third party and I did not authorise MTN to deduct any moneys in this respect. This is ***** and I will be laying ******** charges against MTN. WE AS INDIVIDUALS MUST NOT ALLOW OURSELVES TO BE **********. My advice to anyone is that MTN are ******, don't take out a cell phone contract with dishonest companies like MTN. Shame on MTN
I purchased coffee beans from Woolworths and it damaged the grinder on my coffee machine. On close scrutiny it revealed that a wooden piece resembling a coffee bean jammed the grinder. The complete grinder now needs to be replaced at a cost of R2000. I have brought this to Woolworths customer service and their reply is that they need to refer this to their technologist instead of doing the honourable thing and pay for the damage due to their poor quality control. This makes me wonder about the quality of all their other products. Be aware guys Woolworths is adding wooden pieces to their coffee beans to increase the volume on their coffee bags. Very dishonest, dont buy their coffee Beans. Be very careful be sceptical what you buy at Woolworths.
BIGGEST CROOKS, DONT INSURE WITH THEM. THEY DONT PAY.
Discovery Insure are the biggest crooks, they try and find any excuse not to pay. Why would anyone insure through them? They should not be allowed to do business they are crooks.
Anyone dealing with Mercedes Benz Financial services be vey weary, they don't refund when they owe you money. I paid my instalment sale agreement in full, they acknowledged in writing that there is a credit owing to be in June 2021. On the 1ST of December, six months later they have still not refunded me my money. Shame on a company like Daimler Chrysler to rip off their clients. As for Mrs Wendy Magoro that heads up the division, she is totally incompetent and should be fired.

The lady responsible for the refunds appears to be an affirmative action appointment, she is totally incompetent, her name is Wendy Magoro and I don't know why a company like Mercedes Benz would employ such an incompetent person. Be weary anyone dealing with Mercedes Benz!
Bought R4000 worth of goods, however wanted to return 2 items today. Security guard treated me very badly & I then requested to speak to the Manager. He was unprofessional. There was a queu outside due to covid, but tills were open, however they didn't allow me to do credit without standing in line with everyone that were shopping. A few people actually told me they cant believe it. Won't support your store again wanted! Unhappy client!
