Lost for word. I have paid them two years ago but their account still flags my credit score. No store wants to assist me. I regret the day I got involved with them. Because they will give you a run around pillar to post.
Paid Up but they do not want to update my ITC Credit report to being paid. I have paid them in June already and they are not assisting me. Called them and here is the reference number. Service Request Number: 1-58748796716 is Opened This is ******* service.

Nightmare of service. Ordered a product which had underlying rules that weren't mentioned on their page. I can use Fibre where am currently living but I need to have a stable internet access. Ordered an MTN Sim card only to be told that the sim card needs a specific router that they provide. I ask for a network swap. I have been swapped from agent to agent on WhatsApp. I simple hello is rep**** after 1 hour then you explain then the agent transfers you. You have to do the same explanation only to be transferred. This painful considering that we paid for a service. I would never suggest anything like this on my worst enemy. Bad bad customer service. Actually it's non-existent
We were promised that the amount we owe will be deducted. Till today we trying to make payment. Now that is a surprise to them.
If I could give half a star I would. Wife used Rain for a few months then stopped using it because of network issues. Suddenly we were hit with a bill and notice of collection of almost R2000. Firstly I would like to believe Rain is a top up and use network. Secondly we didn't have any contractual obligations with Rain. So if they say we owe them money for a service that we didn't use. It blows my mind. We didn't have their router. We didn't sign any monthly contract We have been trying to get in touch with them so that we can get a clear explainion to how and where does this amount come from. It's a **** network.
Thank you to the head office in JHB Henk from Polokwane Service center for authorizing my stove exchange after Makro Polokwane was giving me a run around. Am happy with the new stove.
Bought a stove last this is the third repair that has to be done on the item. Called Defy and they telling me that my item isn't under Guarantee in less than 2 years in use. I tell them that I no longer want this because I have children and I can't have a stove that keeps tripping the main line and explodes. The technician that came to my house was rude from the one set, treated us like we would break the stove on purpose. The service that am getting from DEFY Polokwane is really really bad. I want to know if this the after service that they giving us after purchases.
RUBBISH SERVICE WE GOT RIPPED OFF OUR MONEY BY AN OWNER AND THEY DO NOTHING TO PROTECT THEIR CLIENTS.
