I would like to write a review about Oneplan Insurance The most boring customer experience I've juat had.. Lucy doesn't pay attention to details with a touch of sarcasm... She's been quiet for over 10 minutes now without any response because I had to question her rude question agains me.. If she doesn't want to work with people then might as well look for something suitable for her character.. Worse part is that she doesn't even have to see me nor communicate with me telephonically but I can still sense the attitude via chat.. I'm so bored
The till cashier was so rude to me(Randburg branch) he returned my R1 coin after paying saying I should keep it a look for a better one since it looks beautiful like me.. I then asked what were you referring to and what kind of sarcasm are you trying to throw at me I then concluded by saying I must be hired to train him since I'm a trainer and that it is not a right way to address a customer.. He just said he wouldn't be there probably by the next week so I must just keep the training to myself.. WOW

I app**** for my maternity benefit on May and I'm not paid even today...I called their call center so many times and I've been visiting their labour centers and I'm still not getting the funds. I even returned to work without being paid...I don't think they understand the frustration they have caused me for the past 4 months, failure to maintain my new baby because I wasn't receiving any for m of income, I've went days without eating because I had no money...You are unfair and this has to STOP I am very angry and tired of you guys

I am very thrilled to have experienced and witnessed such beautiful service. The stuff is very happy all the time and always willing to assist. I've been working from home and since we've been challenged by load shedding then I'd normally go to square and have my meetings from there. Every single day the stuff greets, the tables are always clean and taken care of, their approach when servicing customers is on PAR. Big up to Diepkloof Square KFC Stuff. You are loved and appreciated.
A month back I've made a booking with Annie's I even went to view the place before even making any payments. The person I was speaking to all the time lacks good customer service, I had to constantly remind her to send me quotations to make payments and eventually she ended up sending it then I made payments but unfortunately I couldn't continue with visiting their site because my ***friend had to leave the country around those booked times then Immediately I enquired about cancellation. She had said that there was going to be a chargeable fee and refunds should be done in 7-14 working days and I did question that why am I being charged cancellation fees if it's not even above 14 days of cancellation then the lady said she was going to find out from accounts and revert. 2 days post our conversation without any feedback I then sent her a message to ask for the promised feedback and she then told me about 7- 14 days of refund of which that wasn't my question. Alright , the lady spoke about refunds and yet did not even ask for my banking details and had to volunteer to give them out. The following day I asked again that what was the agreement with accounts with regards to cancellation fee an that I was still awaiting that communication and she told me that they were not going to charge me and on that day they were processing refunds. I waited post 48 hours without any reflection of money on my acc and went back to her to say I did not receive any money then she said she was going to investigate. Again , I had to follow up to say what is the feedback then she told me they actually did not refund me and I am going to amend the refund on Monday (Yesterday) and up to this time the money is not received. I am extremely disappointed at how Annie's lacked good communication and that I constantly had to beg for feedback all the time and that it's post 14 days of their turn around time and I haven't received any refund but excuses. I was honestly considering them for a mini outing I have with my girls but after this I just want nothing to do with Annie's PERIOD
I bought airpods and they never worked since delivery day so I requested for them to be replaced and even the replaced ones did not work. I then requested for a refund because I wasn't happy with the product, Takealot came to collect their product and I'm still awaiting my refund even today. Please refund my money back
