Poor service, no communication, A minor repair takes over a month, And then pain color does not match Badges on vehicles still being owed from previous repair are still not done , Overspray because part are not taken of when sprayed it is sprayed in place, and the type marks are clearly present, Shoddy work And Discovery insure insists on using them after I begged not to be sent to them again
It urked me to give a one star they deserve a negative rating
I have emailed Discovery and called them twice last month to get them to do adjustments on my policy To date nothing has been done and nobody called me back I called again today less than 5 minutes ago and again I could not be assisted because of system problem Why am I paying for Discovery’s problems ? I have always had good service but the current year I am not impressed at all
Doing buisness with Bonitas would be pleasant if you do not have to deal with Pharmacy Direct. If you do buisness with me and I use an company to do a service om my behalf, is it not my duty to keep that company honest and to deliver the service agreed to my customers. Oh....no I was so wrong. I need to go back to school and learn about ethics, responsibility, accountability and Buisniss prosess. Just passing the buck to other companies is the way Bonitas handel all problems. Also Bonitas will not assist in matters that are being raised several times, because I the customer should always call the contracter first(and I would agree if this is a first of second problem or a new problem). How ever how many times must I run into the same problem before it obviously not going to change or be corrected unless Bonitas steps in and holds the contractor accounteble or finds a new contactor or solution? I can not believe that Bonitas is in such deniel or is it a matter of staff do not know how to handle the problem because Bonitas refuses to resolve the problem as management financially benefits from doing buisness with pharmacy direct. So every body has a attitude of my customers are unimportant and insignificant?
To start i do not know if I should lash out at Bonitas for continuous doing buisness with a campany that just does not deliver (pun intended) On the phone pharmacy direct (written in small letters because is that Bad) will have several reasons to explain to me and my wife who are there customers that we are never sent a mail, or we sent it late or we are being unreasonable. Yet when we send the mails to prove them wrong, send three own mails back to them to show they are wrong they disappear and never get back to you. Calling and asking for a manager is seen as an I sult so you get put on hold and the call conveniently gets dropped and they never call back. A script that is sent in on the 10th of January 2020 is till today 23 January 2020 stil not delivered. There excuse is " we told them not to deliver" yet we were billed on the 21 January 2020 because that was se pose to be the day of delivery after we called them a few days prior asking when we can expect delivery. We are a lways told there is a 5 to 7 day SLA. Here is my big big problem Cronic medication schedule 6 and up have strict rules. And docters pharmacy and medical aids only slow for a follow up script with in 5days or less, 7 is you are really lucky. So with pharmacy direct as my sole suppliers I will always be garranteed to run out of of pills before my delivery. I am also guaranteed due to late billing and delivery that my dokters monthly visit will have to be moved due to the 30 pil an timing constraint law. This is all not only an inconvenience but also a possible case of neglagance depending on the type of medication. I also type this mail to vent to loving caring people because pharmacy direct and their staff are rude, disrespectful and uncaring. Also clueless as to what service is, no regard for an SLA, or the customers needs. This makes me think that Bonitas are exactly the same, as they know of the problem but don't care because it is all about money and never about the patient. I mean! Why els will they pay for stock with out proof of delivery and continue to use them if so many people inform them of pharmacy direct and it's pathetic service.
A week ago my wife returned from a Swatch store in Eastgate Johannesburg. She was upset and close to tears with frustration. She explained how unheplfull unwilling to assit and unpleasant the person was to deal with. This weekend I took my wife to Mall Of Africa. I could not belief how incompetent and unfriendly this sales person was. The sales person is untrained and does not have the personality or s**** to work in that enviroment. We were not greated at all. Tha sales person was unwilling to assist us and a ry request we made was as if we were interrupting there day off. We now have several watches without straps and we are not going to put ourselves in that frustrating situation again. Please train your staff Adequately and employ retail capable sales people that actually want to do buisness.
