I had a very good experience at home affairs Cresta branch. The staff is so friendly. The queue moves faster with very good attitude. Keep up the good work. The staff made the visit easier.
I bought KFC street wise 3pap at Alexandra Pan African plaza next to shoprite. Few minutes after eating it my body started itching, my mouth started swelling. I ate nothing else but the food I bought from them, I suggest they look up on it and determine what could cause the allergic reactions from their meals, could be health hazard and needs to be sorted out.
I made a deposit on friday 8th December, still today its not reflecting. I tried calling and sending emails, U dnt receive help. Betway I need my money back please.
I sent my mother money yesterday for emergency and she only was able to get half of the money from ATM but the sms reflected the exact sent amount. The other half is gone. She went in to the branch, Maake Plaza outside Tzaneen and was told that the other half will come in later. I never heared of such from a bank, what kind of a Joke is this! I want my money back! 😡
I have bad experience with KFC branches, they should review their staff in general cause they always give wrong oders and sometimes the oder is not complete. I went to kfc Northgate and bought box master meal and they gave me full loaded box, also alex mall I bought street wise 2pap and wings, they gave me pap without gravy and didnt bring the wings. I think something should be done about it cause its not olny this 2 branches but several branches,also kfc Marlboro does the same
Capitec Bank Cosmo mall staff have good customer care and support. I was well assisted with smiles to apply for my personal loan today they also have good team work with their hands on manager. I might say am very much happy with their service,I left the bank overwhelmed. Thank you so much for such great service
I bought a house from one of their agent named Sheila Xaba, the agent hid information regarding the damages on the property. Upon viewing they hid the damaged floor tiles with a carpet and couches and I was surprised when moving in to find the house in such condition. After communicating with her she showed no interest in fixing the matter. She was not transparent and sell false hopes to people. I spent a lot fixing instead of enjoying my new home. I would not recommend them based on my experience and what I went through.
Poor client service,Since I have been waiting for a technician to fix my penic button. I have been calling almost everyday and promises that are not kept are made. My app is not working, doesnt allow me to log in,I dont think I will ever recomend cartrack to anyone who is looking for a tracking company. Till to date my problems are not solved, I pay every month for such service, its so disturbing.
Gssc takes forever to foward documents to GEPF following resignation. I resigned in June and my documents were sent to Gssc from the hospital's HR. Gssc failed to thoroughly complete my documents and instead they were sent to GEPF missing some information. GEPF sent the documents back to Gssc in august, its being 2 month now and still Gssc didnt send my document back. I have been calling and transfered from 1 preson to another, sometimes even no answer whn calling. Until now I have no answers on what is happening, why were my documents not returned to GEPF
